Rixos Premium Tekirova - the Land of Legends Access

This hotel has the worst service and customer care I have ever been through. They never reply in calls and when they reply either they keep sending you from one person to another or they close the phone. Management not supporting when I explained my issue regarding my wife need to be in same room they ask for extra 275 euro per night which is double price of hotel. This happened to more than one person as I ask my other friend they just want money not your happiness. It should be 2 star hotel and not Rixos brand name

Amazing trip! From start to finish. Before we even arrived I was added to a what’s app group by amazing reps Merve İmiroğlu and Yagmur Kayacan. They done all pre arrival checks before you land in Turkey. They are so welcoming and helpful with any questions you need to ask before arriving at the hotel. We booked a private transfer from the airport as normal transfer with holiday provider takes around two hours to get to the hotel. Our private transfer took 55 minutes and it was all to our self’s in a lovely taxi with TVs to play YouTube and mini fridge. So was a great start our holiday. We arrived at the hotel around 6pm and check in straight away, you are sat down at the bar with a welcome drink while reception deals with your passports and check in. We was then taken to our room which our reps decorated lovely with love heart balloons for our anniversary, there was fruit platters, bottle of champagne the lot. Our reps did go the full length and couldn’t thank the enough. There are seven restaurants in the hotels, five al a cart and two Buffett restaurants. Unfortunately you can only pick two of the Al a cart restaurants which I think was a bit bad and you had to also pay for one of them which was the seafood restaurant. We picked Italian for our first night on our anniversary and again our reps arrange our table to be decorated with petals and lovely candles which again was amazing. The food was lovely at the Italian! On our last night we picked the Chinese and I’ll definitely say that was the best restaurant and food we had in that 7 days we was at the hotel. The buffet restaurant which is the main one for breakfast, lunch and dinner serves okay food, it’s not rubbish or bad it just plain and most days is the same food. It was just annoying we could only pick two of the Al a cart restaurants. There was 24/7 restaurant called the peoples which you can get food at any time and it’s full cooked restaurant where you sit down and order which is great. The hotel it self is one of the best I’ve stayed it, there plenty to do in terms of activities, such as football, tennis, volleyball, water polo the list goes on. While your at the hotel the what’s app group you are in with the reps is updated daily, they send you good morning texts with the days activity’s with times and places, so again this is a great touch by the reps. There is even a farm at the hotel just behind the water park. The water park is perfect and unfortunately only open for 4 hours a day, from 10:00 to 12:00 and then 2:00 till 4:00 and the best ride was only open from 3:00 till 4:00 and some days wasn’t even open. They have a massive kids park and play area with rock climbing and go ape style adventure, unfortunately we don’t have kids but this would have been perfect for them. The pools at the hotel are massive, you have only fresh water and one heated perfect for the early morning dips. You have waiters on rollerblades attending to all your needs for drinks and snacks. We visit this hotel with our whole family twice a year. We choose a villa for our stay, and therefore we take advantage of all the advantages - free ala-cart restaurants, pavilions and our own beach bar, Exclusive club restaurant, etc. Over the past year, the hotel has improved greatly in the quality of food and serving of dishes; the service here has always been and remains excellent. The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive - ready to quickly respond to any request on our part. A personal “butler” is assigned to the villa, who can bring food, hand over laundry, and supervise the cleaning. Thank you very much to our butler Onder, who can organize anything you need, be it a bicycle, a water pump, or buy tea/medicine in the city! I also want to express my deep gratitude to Ibrahim Sahin and Hakan for their professionalism and dedication. Then, from the bottom of my heart, thank you to my friend Irem, the best tennis coach Berat, Furkan, Alena, Aykut, Veysel and Yusuf! Love you all very much!

Amazing hotel, at check in we were given a room upgrade and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the hotel is huge with lots to do and eat, the food is delicious and the staff are amazing, we are travelling with a 3 year old and they have been so welcoming and friendly towards us all, ihsan from the turquoise restaurant was great and helped us with everything, dabbagh guest relations supervisor was also very friendly and helped us throughout our trip and with checking out, our two holiday assistants yagmur and merve messaged us every morning and responded to our needs, Naz from the bar on ground floor was also so friendly and helpful, there were also many more that we met along the way that we can not remember the names off. The all inclusive food was delicious and the restaurants were also great with very friendly staff, the entertainment in the evening was good for families but could maybe do with more variety as it was mainly bands, maybe a magician or comedian etc, but overall it was a great stay and would definitely recommend and come again

beautiful hotel with very friendly staff and awesome food. wish the system to book the restaurants was easier though and included for all hotel visitors. as only the buffet restaurants we could mainly visit and everything else mostly needed booking. the kids club is awesome, very clean and caring staff - our baby loved it. full of activities. food was plenty of variety including for vegan people - wish they would have food clear food labels though. sports activities are very cool and current but again wish booking system was easier. more heated pools would be ideal. also if some things opened earlier than may like the baby club, kids dance class etc. nothing to complain about - we had the best and most memorable stay. wish our room was cleaner though - we did request a deep clean but it did not make a difference. that was the only thing we were dissapointed with. lovely ice cream shop also available. only saw 3 cats and most of the times they were asked to leave by staff due to hygiene reasons which was nice as we were travelling with a baby.

Excellent facilities. We received an upgraded room at check in which was really really good! Rooms were lovely and clean, with cleaning services provided each day. Lots of activities during the day and would be a great place with or without kids. Always plenty of sun beds or towels, as you couldn’t reserve in the morning and return as the towels would be removed which was really good! Food quality was really good as well, we found it got a bit samey towards the end of our 10 days, but there still was a lot to choose from. Wanted to mention that Ali who worked in the turquoise restaurant as we believe he is a credit to the hotel. He would always serve us quickly and would remember our orders at breakfast or dinner. Made us feel really welcome so thank you Ali! Only thing we weren’t keen on was the entertainment as we found this quite repetitive as we saw quite a lot of acrobatic shows with different themes, but generally the same acts. Would have been better to spread these out a bit more with bands/singers or other entertainment but overall was okay. Overall a really good hotel and would highly recommend staying here and would love the return 😊

the resort is beautiful. Sinan from food court managed a lovely vegetarian burger for me, which was just fantastic.. lovely place highly recommend, very kind and friendly staff. Amazing location between mountains and sea very good for families with kids.

We have just returned home after 11 days here. There are a lot of positives from our holiday, but unfortunately the small amount of negatives that there are, we wouldn’t return back to the hotel - which makes us really sad! We were welcomed by a lovely lady who was quick to send us off to go and get some food from People’s Restaurant as we were all hungry. We were stunned at just how beautiful the inside of the hotel is, the pictures we had seen really didn’t do it justice. Our room was small, but enough room for myself, my husband and our 10 year old daughter. We had a lovely view of the gardens/sea. Our room was filled with heart balloons & champagne as we arrived on our anniversary. The room cleaning was a bit hit & miss but the minibar was restocked everyday. The heated pool was lovely! The small kids pool is heated too. The main large pool isn’t heated so we didn’t really use that one. The water slides were really good and super quiet. The service at this hotel was exceptional. Some of the hotel workers spoke better English than others, but we never had a problem at all. Always friendly and had a smile on their faces. Nazli at the beach bar couldn’t do enough for us, always checking to see if we needed anything. Mustafa at the Lotus Bar was incredible with our family. He remembered our names, our favourite types of cocktails & always made time to chat with us. There were a couple more but unfortunately didn’t get their names. The food was great, we mainly ate at the Turquoise restaurant and the food court. On the last day, we discovered that People’s had chicken tenders and they were lovely! Wish we’d have found them earlier. The ice cream parlour was amazing - I think it was our daughter’s favourite part of the entire hotel! Each bar has a freezer filled with ice creams (Magnum & Cornettos mainly). And the waiters around the pool would often hand ice creams out too. We went at a really great time and there was a week long festival at the hotel, which included some great entertainment. We particularly enjoyed the bands/DJs at the island bar each afternoon. The entertainment at the Lotus Bar was good, lots of dance acts but some with different types of entertainment alongside it. Now for the negatives. This is no fault of the hotel, but the level of rudeness of some of the other guests was uncomfortable. The amount of people that would push in front of us when waiting in line for food or drinks was horrible. We witnessed so many people be rude to the hotel staff, it was upsetting. Other guests would just stand in front of you at the entertainment and block your view, or they would give you a rude look if you didn’t share your seat with their screaming children. Again, not the fault of the hotel itself. We have never had this happen anywhere else that we have visited, but we should have expected it as other English reviews have mentioned having a similar experience. Lastly, the most disappointing part was in fact the Kids

Wow, what an amazing place, the service is second to none, and there is so much to do for adults and children alike. The choice of food is incredible and no sooner your glass is empty, it's promptly refilled, even when you are by the pool. I would highly recommend the Rixos Premium Tekirova for a family luxury holiday or a couples relaxing Spa break. Everything about it is just perfect , and the only problem now is that nowhere will come close to the Rixos standard 💝
