Room is too cold, window is broken but the owner till sell this kind of **** room. There is the living room with kitchen.

This hotel is ******* bad. I booked 4 days and i have already paid. I was a day late because of the flight delay and they threw me away. And didn’t refurn my money…. They didn't notify me, cancelled the order, I had arrived and they just left me. But my order has always been there, and let me write a review…. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🥹🥹 I just say: ******* hotel. Give me my money…

The hotel is in a good location, with convenient transportation and shopping and supermarkets. However, the hotel is too old and has poor hygiene.

When I went to the inn I reserved, the owner told me that it wasn't here. I was directed to a different hostel nearby. (The owner claimed to be a friend of another hostel owner.) Even if you show the proof of reservation, it is a different one point. I couldn't help myself and ended up staying at a different hostel. . I've stayed in hostels and dormitories, but they were so unclean. It's the worst. I think you should stop making reservations. By the way, you have to climb a lot of stairs to get to the inn (both those who booked it and those who stayed there), so if you plan to go with a large suitcase, you should avoid it.

Inexpensive place

I booked this hotel from Almosafer, my worst experience!!!. once I arrived there, room was in a dark pit ally. the room had no AC no Fan, bathroom light does not work. the shower tub is broken/cracks in it. there is vent on roof top which is open, and rainwater is all over the floor. The floor, walls and roof are all full of stains. unlivable place. instantly I asked for replacement or refund, the bellboy called the owner and he refused to cooperate. so, I paid for nothing. this is a cheat hotel.
