We had problems that we prolonged the room for one night but the stuff did not update our entry card. Only with emergency call we could open the entry door and also enter room. Breakfast is good.

Not a convenient location.

酒店太老，到處都是漢字，早餐很簡單，性價比一般，交通有點不方便

Overall good experience for the budget. The room was nice and clean. Decent bathroom. The only thing is no public transport nearby which could be slightly difficult for people without own transport.

I would not go here again. The pictures make it look 10 times better than it is. The room was huge, beds was good and the service was OK. But we got the breakfast deliverd they day before to our room. This was because the kitchen was closed. So the food was really boring and dry. Only thing you could eat was the youghurt. I know that you get what you are paying for but some things should be much better even in a hotel with this standard.

Hotel was ok, nothing special. A bit far away from Årstaberg starion.

It is not cool place to stay. It is not clean in room, we had a hole in the wall. The person who is cleaning rooms was not talking in English and I could not understand her. Once I told her so, she just said “ok” and walk away without cleaning the room or any further conversation. Terrible service. I am giving 2 stars because breakfasts were delicious but it is the only one thing that is positive about this hotel. If you would like to spend some time in Stockholm to sightsee - do not book this hotel, there are better options. We must go about 20 mins to nearest rail station in order to get to the center. The time is not that bad, but we need to go through companies/warehouses where is a lot of trucks that are speeding. No walkway for people, just street. Did not feel safe at all. Moreover we saw rats couple of times nearby these companies once we were going to the rail station. Not a safe place. I totally DO NOT recommend.

Some rooms are even in the night extremely loud becaus of a transportation company in the neighbourhood.

A very comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The location, however, could be better serviced with better public transport

I always try and look for the positives in any review and at 2Home in Stockholm this is very straight forward - the staff, they were a real credit to the hotel. We arrived at approx 2am and whilst the hotel is not staffed in an evening. The check in instructions were clear and we were able to get our keys with little issue. Whilst we did book the hotel in this location it is important to highlight that it is in the middle of an industrial estate, shops are essentially the local cash and carrys - I went out for deodrant and was left with a decison to come home empty handed or with 48.. although I did have success elsewhere. That said, I try to be understanding as we did book it. The hotel hadn't moved, just our expectations were not what we found. Stockholm Centre can be reached in approx 40 minutes and then metro in about 20 minutes on foot. It didn't faze us, but might others so if you do not want this then please be aware. The room did fall into the realms of terrible - a shower falling apart with water pressure better off found in the 90's. A cigarette but found near the bedroom window and no cleaning carried out during our four night stay. The beds however were comfy, and I slept well. Our friends in the neighbouring room found their room hot and opened a window - sadly the hotel is next to the dual carriageway so were left with road noise all night. Certainly aircon is not to be expected from these rooms. Breakfast was uninspiring at best.. a tiny selection of fruit and bread. Although you could argue that the pancake machine did save it from being truly terrible. All in all, I probably wouldn't visit 2Home again, nor would I recommend to others.
