Overall, service and resort are eccelent, but food is not on par witgh the reest of experience. Ingredients quality on some dishes is very low, drinks dont have all neccesary components in them and in tyhe end viariety is also limited as there are 6 restaurants but only 2 are open for lunch.

Staff was very well pleasing.

The resort is located in an area where the ocean surf is rough. Calmer seas would be the best thing but that is in God's hands. Its just nature.

This is our first trip to an all inclusive hotel. Food and drinks did not disappoint at all. Rooms are always clean. Staff are friendly. It was a great experience the only thing that we were disappointed are the hot tubs. They are not “hot” tubs theyre actually colder than regular pools (i think they have water heater issues). Other than that everything was good.

The grounds at the property were absolutely stunning! There was some wear and tear to the rooms and furniture on the property. Staff/service was decent from most and excellent from a few. The food was good for an all-inclusive. Our favorite foods were the filet from Chez Isabelle, Cobb salad from The Grill and Sports bar, lemon pie from The Grill, and the chicken appetizer from the Mexican restaurant. The Coco Locos from Olas bar were AMAZING! The beach was better than expected.

The junior swim up room was nice and quiet. The hot tub in the room in the window was really nice. The food was just mediocre. The best part was probably breakfast at the buffet place at The Kitchen. The staff was ok. The beach is really nice and quiet. You could walk down the beach and see more. The entertainment at night was pretty fun. The alcohol was not the best! I would definitely suggest taking a cup to keep your drink cold. Not sure I would do all inclusive again.

We really loved our stay here. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. They were will to help whenever needed and were always ready to make your stay easier. The only thing I would recommend is allowing for my space for popular events or doing them multiple times a day. The popular events like painting and soap making were full very quickly and I felt bad for the people being turned away. I also made it clear multiple times during our stay then my friend and I were not a couple but just traveling on a girls trip. However, all of our bookings were couple based even after I was specifically told they wouldn’t be. It did not change how much we loved the trip and thank goodness we’re are close and didn’t mind too much but something to consider.

My fiance and I stayed here for 7 nights and absolutely loved it! The first day arriving was a little disappointing however because our room wasn't ready until 4pm when check in is 3pm. That was the only negative thing. Other than that, we loved everything about the resort! The pool and beach is beautiful and staff is so friendly! The Michael Jackson show at night was our favorite. I have to give him a shout out because his dancing was phenomenal - he danced and had the exact same mannerisms as MJ. And if you are looking for a photographer, please contact Luis who works in their photography studio! He took the most amazing photos of our engagement, it was beyond perfect and we are forever grateful! Overall we loved staying there, we hope to go back in the future!

The hotel was very nice, however, if you are going to see sunset on the ocean, this hotel is not for you. you can see sunrise but the ocean is on the east so no romantic sunsets. The staff some are very nice and some hate their jobs. the beach chairs have no cushions so if you plan to be on the beach the whole day take it in to consideration.overall, we had a nice stay but it's not a 5 stars resort.

Staff was amazing! Food was good for an all-inclusive. Room was showing signs of wear/could have been cleaner. Overall- great stay!

Lovely property and staff. Beautiful swim up room, great beach and pools. Always something to do, stuff that you’d probably not experience at “home”. Many return customers, suggesting they all like this place, too! Nice that there are adults only places. Porno channel a bit “off-putting”, not necessary. Rooms are cold, there needs to be more blankets on beds!
