Although there was a hitch with the keysafe because we checked in after hours, the duty manager made the trip in to the hotel, so we could get our swipe card and enter our room.

Shops, restaurants and train in walking distance. One room on 3F looking SE had a ledge outside the window that got quite noisy in the rain. Some rooms have nice view of MtCootha. Floor to ceiling glass walls. Personally I get a bit claustrophobic when there are no windows at all that can be opened, but other than that it’s great. Small guest lounge and meeting room. Nice cafe in lobby. Great vibe.

一般般、酒店房間的設計有點奇怪，不是獨立的房門，而是一個門後有兩個房門

As advertised up to date clean, modern convenient, close to the city, close to the shopping centre &dining options

Blown away by Kate at reception, really refreshing to find someone who cares about their job and how they do it. Absolute professionalism, a credit to the hotel. Room was of a similar standard, spotless, comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend and will certainly be staying again.

2-minute stroll to the train station. Lovely cafe at the entrance. Very fresh and clean. Very friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again

The rooms were fantastic and clean. Location is a bit of an issue with limited dining in the near vicinity.

Greeted by a lovely receptionist who was so happy and bubbly and friendly and helpful! Nice and close to train and quick service in restaurant

Complaining Ned and shared photos to reception - no offer from f improvement still charged $395 a night . Bad internal comma RE late checkout to the point of badgering. Nice area - overpriced - no facilities and for an expensive hotel over a private hospital- dangerously dirty to inpatients. No opening was does either.
