Generally ok, great location. The only problem was there are dirty laundry left in the washing machine upon arrival and there is no one we can contact to remove it.

I just happened to see a very favorable price for a 4-person room on trip.com. There is a shopping mall nearby, and there is an izakaya in the evening. There is no parking lot for self-driving, but there is a paid parking lot behind the hotel, which is not expensive.

I didn't receive an email or notification on how to enter the hotel and the required password. I don't know if it was missed by Trip.com or the hotel. In the end, I had to call the hotel for help. The room overall is OK.

There is too much dust. As soon as I enter the room, I start to cry, have a runny nose, and shed tears.

It was conveniently located near the station and shopping district. When I contacted them because there was an error with the water heater, they were very polite and helpful, even though it was late at night. However, although it was nice to have a washing machine and a dryer in the bathroom, there was no clothesline or large hangers to hang bath towels on, so it was a bit inconvenient to have to bring one with me.

I was confused because I hadn't received the code that was supposed to be sent to me at check-in, but I'm glad that they helped me over the phone. The room was very clean and I felt comfortable.

位置好，距琴電電車站片源町3分鐘步程，離高松港及JR高松步行8-10分鐘，樓下步行3分鐘就有便利店，上一天街後可以到便利店買甜品和宵夜吃。房間有廚房，洗衣機，方便家庭客人，亦適合逗留時間比較久的遊客，總括來說，很好的體驗，不過如果多人來的話，房間更大會更好

房間整潔，有煮食的地方，冰箱很多大，位置方便，如果自駕人士，可選擇周邊的停車場，鄰近商店街，是不錯的選擇
