Ulasan Hotel Royal Beitou

This is my first time staying in 北投 and I really enjoyed my 3 night stay here. First of all, location is excellent, just across the road from a MTR station, it's easy to go anywhere. The room is huge and well layout. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The air refresher scent in the room is very nice. There is a small balcony that you can go out to. The highlight of the room is the bathroom with the big bath tub that can accommodate more than 2 ppl with no issue. Love the 硫磺温泉水。Love the breakfast. You don't need a lot of food... just good food, don't have to be aplenty. Love the public onsen on the 12th floor. I will stay here again.

I am extremely satisfied with my overall experience at Hotel Royal Beitou. The hotel’s location is superb, conveniently close to the train station and various tourist attractions, making it an ideal choice for travelers. The pricing is also very reasonable, offering great value for the quality of service and amenities provided. The room was spotless and well-maintained, equipped with a wide range of facilities and amenities that catered to all my needs. The in-room toiletries, especially the shower products, were of high quality and a pleasure to use. I also appreciated the thoughtful additions such as scented candles, a sound system, a dehumidifier, and unique snacks and beverages. The only minor issue was that the TV’s internet connection was down, which prevented me from watching any programs. The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional. They were friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Upon check-in, they took the time to introduce all the room facilities in detail, which was very helpful. The breakfast offered by the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes and preferences. Overall, my stay at Hotel Royal Beitou was a delightful experience, thanks to its prime location, well-appointed rooms, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Beitou for hot spring relaxation.

New decoration and updated facilities and convenient location very close to the public transport. Many restaurants nearby. Enjoyed the hot spring spa in the room so much.

Excellent location right opposite the station. Staffs are nice and friendly. Even the security guard at the entrance was very helpful, helping with my luggage and provided clear direction to the reception floor. The room was nice and clean with decent design and decorations. Personally I love the birdcage styled bluetooth speaker a lot! Joined 2 of their activities during my stay, both are very enjoyable. Dinner at Pure Cuisine was amazing. Definitely recommended.

The hotel is just across the road from new beitou station, on the right side there is a 7-11. We were caught in the rain when we arrived at the hotel, they immediately provided towels and warm tea for us to dry ourselves and keep warm. They provide an upgrade to a deluxe room for a bigger hot spring bath for 3 pax. The staff brought us up into our room and gave us a quick brief about room amenities. They also assisted in getting us an airport transfer in the morning and packed our breakfast for our flight. Great service from the hotel staff.

Excellent hot spring hotel just opposite of the MRT station. The room was fantastic and spacious. Staff are nice and kind. Private hot spring are excellent and satisfying. Delicious breakfast.

Stayed inside the hotel for a whole day due to typhoon, alot activity inside hotel such as yoga, soap making, welcome drinks and snacks get renewed, service really good and osen really nice

The overall experience at Beitou Hotel Royal was pleasant at 3.5 stars out of 5.0, but it didn't meet 4.0 stars for me. Check-in is on the 6F, and then you get a room between 7F-10F. There looks to be 11 rooms per floor (number 4 is skipped). The massage and spa are on 11F while the public hot spring is in 12F, and is accessible either by elevator or by stairs. There are solo male and female hot spring areas, which are quite small and cramped (3 mini pools, 2 saunas), and then there's a larger male and female area, which is a lot bigger and more comfortable with two large pools but are at lower temperatures. There are also lounge 4 chairs to chill on and 4 long wooden benches to sit on. Unfortunately, you need to bring your own swimming gear for the latter part as they dont sell these there. Thankfully, the rooms are very spacious (rectangular shaped instead of square shaped) with the toilet and shower plus hot spring separated, which is the right way to do this. However, the toilet is quite small. The lighting could be better as could the a/c, but the in-room hot spring is just big enough for two adults. The room uses a lot of white so it doesn't feel too dark. Breakfast is on 1F, and it's to the right when you enter the building. Service is decent, and you can't beat the location as it's right near the MRT station so the in-hotel food doesn't have to be good. This spot is just a step down from Beitou Asia Pacific Hotel, which we only very recently went to.

Ideal hotel for families w kids. Decent sized area in-room to 泡澡 , walking distance to many eateries!

Find this hotel to be of good convenient location. The staff are courteous and very helpful. Lime the room layout and overall ambience. One comment though is the daily breakfast. While I understand the healthy living concept with hotspring facilities, the breakfast choice is rather limited. Would br goodvyo have a more better spread. Nevertheless our overall experience were good.

The staff were so friendly and efficient. We arrived early and they checked us in and stored our luggage So that we can explore the Beitou area. Everything like Beitou library, the Thermel Valley, Hotpring Museum, etc was a very convenient walk from the hotel. We got some very delicious hot springs ramen as well. The hot spring offered at the hotel was not very hot but it was clean. I preferred the hot spring tub in our bedroom because we can control the temperature better. The breakfast that was included in our room was amazing. The selection of food and the service was super great!! Can't wait to visit again soon!
