We had a really lovely and relaxing stay at Dolphin Bay. We stayed for 12 days and could have stayed longer. The location is perfect, right next to the beach, and at walking distance to all amenities, tavernas, mini market etc. We had booked the standard 3-bed with patio, it had been recently refurbished, and it was a reasonable size. Hotel staff were excellent, with lots of tips, very polite and helpful. Bus stop very close too but we used mainly taxis, which were kindly booked by the hotel. Pool was very clean and the beach and sea are amazing! I would recommend this wholeheartedly to any family with children as it makes for the most relaxing stay. Syros is a wonderful, unique island and is definitely worth a visit.

We arrived here on Thursday 29th August for three nights. The hotel is superb, lovely spacious rooms, very clean. We had a view over the bay. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Unfortunately, on Saturday 31st August my husband was taken ill and admitted into hospital. Thank you to all the staff, especially Sunday, who organised the transfer to hospital and the two gentlemen who work there who helped him into the taxi. Special thanks to Meropi who managed to secure the same room for however long we needed it. Her care and compassion made a stressful situation more bearable. Thank you to everyone. THIEFS BE AWARE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL STILL AWAITING MY MONEY BACK. THE ROOM WAS NOT LIKE ADVERTISED . DIRTY ROOM, DIRTY BED WITH HAIRS EVERYWHERE . ROOM HAD BROKEN CHAIR, BATHROOM FALLING APART WITH PICTURES TO PROVE. WAS SOLD ONE ROOM AND GIVEN SMALL ROOM,BROKEN BED A REAL DISASTER . DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR DO NOT GO THERE WASTING MONEY . BUFFET A JOKE WORST EVER

The hotel was in a great location breakfast was very good rooms comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially those on reception 😊👍 the beach was very family friendly and so close to the hotel. Sun beds were a little expensive even with the hotel discount

Nice hotel rooms are a little dated very nice pool area. The breakfast was OK not up to other 4 star restaurants we stayed in other islands. Not impressed with reception when we arrived young girl gave us all info and directed us to our room via the lift unfortunately she didn't tell us that the lift was not working (it had been out of order since 7am) we stood waiting for it for several minutes before going back and being told the situation not a good start When we checked out we were given a message that had been given to them 2 days before about our departure pick up

Very good stay, very relaxing. Nice, well-appointed room with balcony overlooking the main bay of Galissas. You can be down on the beach literally in 3 minutes - the hotel also has a swimming pool, but the sea water in the bay is wonderful (blue flag). Personnel very professional (including room service), and also friendly. The breakfast buffet is enough to sustain you until dinner time.

Excellent hotel for cleanliness , staff and food. Beautiful views - nothing was too much trouble to make our holiday great. Beautiful swimming pool with lifeguard even though the beach was so close. Manager very approachable and helpful and always available. Waiting staff very obliging and Constantinos made our holiday with his friendliness and willingness to make our meal enjoyable. (Hope Luna has returned) All in all a brilliant holiday destination made perfect by all the staff. Ian and Gail Crombie

The views from this hotel are simply stunning. Even from the rooms you can spend hours just looking over the bay. The food and service in this hotel is top class. Breakfast is everything you could want. I’m surprised that some people say there is too little because you cannot eat here and want something more, the cherry on the top is the wonderful reception staff. The swimming pool is long clean and very refreshing. In our opinion, this is the only place to stay here.

Anyone who doesn’t rate this hotel 5 star is crazy. What an amazing place and has everything and more - rooms had the best view and everything new and working , pool is huge clean and refreshing , food is wow, and breakfast is such a big choice there is nothing missing that I could think of eating In essence if you going to this gem of an island don’t stay anywhere else you will be sorry , reception staff were the cherry on the top
