If I have to find a fault, it is that there are a few exit signs for the underground parking lot. It is recommended to add more and preferably add arrows to point to them. However, the parking lot should not be managed by the hotel. 🧐😛. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

The service is very good, really nothing to say, the plane at night also provides pick-up service and waits at the airport early. First of all, the location of the hotel is very good, very close to the high-speed rail station, and the transportation is very convenient. Then the design and lighting of the room are very good, spacious and bright. It rained in the afternoon, and there are umbrellas in the hotel lobby that can be used for free, which I personally think is very considerate. While shopping options nearby are limited, the HU WA restaurant on the hotel's first floor is a must-try, serving delicious dishes at affordable prices! Breakfast at the hotel was impressive, with a wide variety of options and top-notch service. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, comfortable stay, and great location! A special tip for snow ski/board beginners: this resort is an excellent place to start! However, consider renting equipment in town, as prices are nearly half compared to other ski resorts. Although the rental fees are higher here, the equipment and clothing are relatively new, less than a year old.

Brilliant location in the heart of Thaiwoo. Walking distance to the slopes. Rooms are very spacious compared to the other hotels around. The breakfast spread is just ok. Will definitely come back.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and gave me many surprises. Although the price was not low during the Spring Festival, the hotel prepared a free dinner on the third day of the New Year, with simple Western food and drinks, and a resident band. It was really thoughtful, with games and draws, and my family and I had a great time. The water temperature of the swimming pool was very good, and we reserved it ourselves. The breakfast was very rich. The bedding was comfortable. The only thing to be improved was that the temperature in the room was too high, and it would be better to open the window a little. But I really like this Oakwood.

The hotel is really clean and the services are up to par. My friend and I got executive lounge and it took forever for them to check up in because we were foreigners. When we were finally checked it. We decided to stay longer as we were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the space, but we were declined at the front desk with the excuse of my friend passport is with the immigration and she only had a visa sleep so they can’t allow us stay in their hotel longer. And they kept calling our room asking for our school’s name in chines, our home address. So many frustrating personal questions. But aside from that, they were really friendly and the place was nice, the breakfast was great as well

This is the fourth year I have stayed at Zhangjiakou International Hotel. The hotel's facilities and services are excellent. This time I slept on the buckwheat pillow in the hotel room and I felt it was great. I even bought two to take home. During the stay, the staff decisively changed the room because of the noise problem on the floor. As long as the problem was raised, the staff would help solve it as soon as possible. It was great!
