Hotel Family Friendly Zhangjiakou

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally warm and inviting, with an attractive design that made it feel both comfortable and stylish. The staff were outstanding—polite, friendly, and always eager to assist with any needs, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was reasonably priced, served in generous portions, and of excellent quality. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. The room was spotlessly clean, reflecting the hotel’s high standards, and the view from our room was simply breathtaking. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations in both service and comfort, making it a place I would highly recommend

I stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry. I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced. One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English. At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

It was definitely the right choice! It was the first time for our family to go out in the Year of the Snake to end the holiday. We saw that the rooms of A&B Hotel were very large, so we chose it decisively. However, it gave me a bigger surprise after we arrived. Because we were three families with five adults and two children, we originally had a two-bedroom apartment and planned to sleep two more people on the sofa bed in the living room. However, the front desk lady Xiaoyue may have seen that we had children, so she specially upgraded us to a three-bedroom apartment. The room had a direct view of the ski resort. The service was really amazing! It made us spend an unforgettable weekend. By the way, we also gave four hot spring tickets (you can also choose movie tickets, all of which are new movies). The ski package can be discounted by 20%, and if you don’t drive, there is also pick-up! Great, ㊗️Business is booming!

The room is European and American style, very warm, with a refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer, which is very convenient for ski enthusiasts. It's great. The hotel front desk Xiao Wang is warm and friendly, and our problems are handled in a timely manner. Thank her very much. The hot spring on the 4th floor of the hotel is also good and worth staying.

Good to go for ski but the lines for daily ski tickets are very long in the morning. They don't sell 1 day or 2 days in advance which is very inconvenient. The lines are empty after during and after dinner time. Buy the package with ski ticket is recommended as it costs rmb3xx per person for 4 hrs.

The room facilities are complete, and the service and hygiene are satisfactory. In particular, the room has good sound insulation. Living next to the elevator entrance, you can't hear the sound of people coming and going outside. The hotel is in a convenient location. If I have to find a fault, it is that there are a few exit signs for the underground parking lot. It is recommended to add more and preferably add arrows to point to them. However, the parking lot should not be managed by the hotel. 🧐😛. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

The service is very good, really nothing to say, the plane at night also provides pick-up service and waits at the airport early. There is also a special person to help with luggage and greet at the hotel. The whole smile service is delicious, and there are many varieties. Breakfast has sheep soup and noodles. The taste is very good, especially the braised pork is certified by Shanghainese and it is delicious haha The room is hygienic, dry and wet separation, the mattress and pillows are comfortable enough, all aspects can be said to be the ceiling of the hotel here, you can choose here when you come to Zhangjiakou.

The boss has put a lot of thought into it. The public area on the first floor is fully equipped with a bar, billiards, children's play area and board game room. We arrived late, so we booked a family room, which was decorated in a very childlike way. The room is warm enough, but the amount of water for bathing is a little small. The breakfast is also very varied and really good. It is very close to Wanlong and very convenient to drive there. No wonder everyone recommends living in the county town.

The old couple wanted to come to Chongli to escape the summer heat. They saw that this hotel had a special offer on Ctrip and booked 10 days at once. They arrived at 10:00 am on the first day. The girl at the front desk checked that the room had been cleaned and arranged for us to check in. Thank you very much. Entered the room to check that the special offer room had no air conditioning (it was not necessary to cover the quilt at night in the summer) and TV, and the rest was the same as the ordinary room. They were all spacious and bright mountain view rooms, and they also included a good breakfast; the hotel was very new and built on the mountain, with a beautiful environment and convenient parking for a walk; the disadvantage is that it is only suitable for self-driving. It is not far to go to other towns for fun, but it should not be very convenient to take a taxi. The service at some times is a bit behind, and the cleaning and water delivery are not on time, but the overall service attitude of the sisters is still good. In short, this stay experience can be given a five-star rating, mainly because the cost performance is too high!

Zhangjiakou is just the first stop. This is my first time staying at Yaduo. It’s not far from the high-speed rail station. It’s just a short walk away. It’s so convenient to take the high-speed rail to and from Xuanhua. Although it is not far from the station, there is no hustle and bustle. Atour has its own positioning. It is convenient and comfortable, which is good. Porridge at night not only warms the stomach, but also warms the heart.
