I brought my children to Taiwu for skiing. It was my first time in Chongli, and I chose Nanshanli Hotel because of its location and cost-effectiveness. I was really surprised by the cleanliness of the room in Building C. There were obvious stains on the floor and it looked like it had not been mopped. The table top was also mottled. We called the front desk to complain, and the housekeeping manager came and asked someone to mop it again. When I lifted the quilt at night, there was also a small stain under the sheet! There are obvious black marks on the shoulders of the bathrobe in the closet! It seems that disposable bed sheets and toilet seats are a necessity! Hotel advantages: Good location, the Taiwu 9 cableway is right outside the ski equipment hall of Building D! There is McDonald's, chicken pot, and big dumplings downstairs, which is convenient for lunch! There is also a hot spring, the price is the same for adults and children!

Next to the Edelweiss, you can ski in and out, which is very convenient for taking children skiing. The children can go back to the room to rest at any time when they are tired. The floor heating temperature is also OK, not hot but not cold, just right if you wear a sweater in the house. The room is large and cleaned very well. The sofa bed in the living room can also sleep two people. It is definitely not as comfortable as a bed. Overall, it is OK. The service is purely online communication, self-service. There are not many places to eat around, so you can bring more food in advance. The apartment kitchen utensils are relatively complete, you can cook some simple meals, and it is also convenient to go back for lunch at noon. The hot spring facilities are not bad, the swimming pool is 25 meters, the water quality is clear and there is no disinfectant smell, the water temperature feels slightly lower, and it feels a bit cold when it first enters the water. There are several indoor and outdoor hot spring pools. The indoor air feels a bit stuffy, especially the indoor has a lot of plastic fake plants. The smell is not good. It is really a bit big. In contrast, there are many outdoor ventilation. The temperature is also suitable for this season. The outdoor bubble does not feel cold. There are three showers in the bathing place, and the water is not smooth. I feel that the reception conditions are limited when there are many guests. I can go back to my room to take a shower.
The breakfast the next day was quite rich, and I was full. I could go to the hot springs in the morning or exercise in the gym.

GGuest UserValue for money accomodation. Very clean by a singaporean's standard
Location is directly opposite the fulong four season town物业服务中心 canteen, open for breakfast lunch and dinner, if you are too tired to head to chongli town after a full day of skiing. Boss lent me his card so i could get discount at the canteen. The location is ideal, a few stops by internal shuttle bus to fulong ski resort, shuttle bus stop is just downstairs. And it takes bout 10 mins to walk to chongli town where there is plenty of restaurants and ski equipment rental. I rented my entire set of ski equipment from the boss' shop, he gave me a good discount as i was staying for a long period. It is the cheapest rental i saw in the whole chongli town. And his ski equipment are newly purchased from french brand rossignol and very clean.
Other than that, boss also offered two way transport to chongli railway station and helped with booking of ski tickets, ski instructor etc. He even recommended a good sports massage place to me after i had sore muscles from skiing! Basically, you just need to book accomodation thru boss and he handles the rest for a stress-free ski holiday!

The check-in process was very smooth. They even offer self check-in. After we arrived to our room we received a welcome plate of fruit and yogurt. The room we stayed in was a masterpiece of design, meticulously decorated with a keen eye for detail, and the cleanliness maintained by the staff was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered an impressive variety of dishes, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The area surrounding the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the river, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. The other amenities are very nice.

MMusaThis is the fourth year I have stayed at Zhangjiakou International Hotel. The hotel's facilities and services are excellent. This time I slept on the buckwheat pillow in the hotel room and I felt it was great. I even bought two to take home. During the stay, the staff decisively changed the room because of the noise problem on the floor. As long as the problem was raised, the staff would help solve it as soon as possible. It was great!

A special tip for snow ski/board beginners: this resort is an excellent place to start! However, consider renting equipment in town, as prices are nearly half compared to other ski resorts. LLily in wonderlandWe just loved our 3-night stay at the Thaiwoo Hotel! First off, it was so clean, which is really important when traveling with family – you want everything to feel spotless and comfortable, and that’s exactly what we had here. The location was fantastic, especially for skiing families like ours. It’s just steps from the ski resort entrance, so no stressing about long walks or shuttles. Honestly, it couldn’t be more convenient!
There were plenty of food places around for easy dinners after a long day on the slopes, and the hotel’s breakfast was Chinese-style and absolutely satisfying. It gave us all the energy we needed for the day ahead – just perfect for both kids and adults!
The service was another highlight. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and traveling moms know how much little things like that matter. Plus, the hotel even offers a convenient transfer to the train stations, which made our trip so much easier. No headaches or complicated logistics – just smooth sailing!

GGuest UserI came to Crowne Plaza Huailai again. It was still so friendly. The front desk also thoughtfully arranged the extra room on the same floor. Thank you very much. The hotel has added outdoor areas for children to play this year. It's just a pity that the temperature dropped sharply on the weekend and I couldn't have fun. The indoor water park and children's playground are as popular with children as always. The evening buffet hot pot is also good, with a wide variety.
