Hotel dengan Kolam Renang di Kelowna

The hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was notable small. While the stay was generally satisfactory, there were a few concerns that impacted my experience. Unfortunately, I encountered numerous small flies in the room, including one on a towel, which required me to use tissues to address. Additionally, the elevator was in need of more frequent cleaning, as it appeared quite dirty during my stay. On a positive note, the hotel offered breakfast vouchers for Ricky’s, conveniently located just outside. These vouchers were valid until 4 PM, which provided a nice level of flexibility.

We enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Kelowna. Staff were friendly, swimming pool and slide were great for our 9 year old, free breakfast was fantastic! My only complaint would be that I booked a room with a king size bed saying it sleeps 4 (2 adults and 2 children), so I assumed there would be a pull out couch. There was only one king bed. So my toddler slept in her playpen that we brought along and my 9 year old had to sleep on the floor. I’m not really sure how one bed means you can sleep 4 people?  But we made it work and our stay was great besides that issue.

We had a wonderful stay! Very quiet location and we especially enjoyed the lower level room opening into the beautiful grassy courtyard area. A short walk to the pool and hot tub! And the breakfast was simply delightful. All the staff were friendly and we would like to commend the fine, professional and helpful staff at the front desk - always a smile that made the day bright! The hotel was extremely busy, as it was a holiday weekend. The state of the hotel definitely showed an increase in volume and turnover. Our room, the entranceway, and the bathroom floor had white marks all over it. At first, it looked like a child walked into paint and then ran in and out of the room. However, with the smallest of elbow grease, I was able to remove most of the marks from the bathroom. In doing so, it looked more like dried oatmeal, but I couldn't be sure. My point is that it was impossible not to notice this mess and that someone made a conscious decision to leave it in this manner. They did this, knowing that it was a long weekend and that guests would be paying in some cases double what they normally would pay. At these prices, with taxes,fees, etc, we were over a grand for 2 nights. At these prices, you do expect the rooms to be in pristine condition. We had spoken to a staff member delivering towels to a nèar by room. He informed us that he would speak to his supervisor and that someone would be up shortly. At this point, it was late and we were at the end of a solid week of moving. We needed sleep more than anything. To the best of our knowledge, no one tried to reach us in regard to this issue. This is a beautiful hotel. However, more needs to be done to keep it that way.

Everything is fine; however, the cleanliness of the room is poor. Also, I don’t understand why they charged me more than the standard deposit for my stay.

The hotel was great, we enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, nice pillows and towels. The toiletries were a bit too small, so we asked for more and were provided right away. I absolutely loved the territory and the warm outdoors swimming pools and hot tubs, those are amazing!  The only thing is the restaurants on the property, even though the menu is quite good, the dishes didn’t taste great, we had two breakfasts and two dinners, and ordered different things every time, but still. Could be us, but just a note, you may want to eat elsewhere.

Hotel is newer so feels fresh and clean. Our room and bedding had a bit of a stale smell, I asked to have the pillows swapped after the first night as I immediately noticed the “greasy” smell when I went to bed. Although they exchanged the pillows, the second set was no better so I sprayed them with some aromatherapy I happened to have on hand. Overall nice hotel, front desk staff could be more friendly and professional, but not a big problem.
