We statyed (with 2 kids) in Sandman, Kelowna from from August 12 - 15, 2023. The experience was awful. Among the biggest problems were the AC was old and weak so the room felt like an oven, the bathtub had a leak and the washroom floor was flooded each time we took a shower, the towels were not changed everyday etc.

Liked the restaurant in the hotel, but the cutlery was very spotty. Excellent service. Snow not cleaned in parking lot, nor around building, made it difficult to get around with a walker.
Our room was fairly clean, but desperately needs refurbishing. No hot water, only luke warm.
Excellent mattress for comfort and rest,

The executive suite we had was wonderful and our friends very much enjoyed being able to socialize in the space prior to our event as their rooms were extremely small and dated. Loved the round chairs to curl up on! We checked in early hoping to use the amenities but the pool was closed with rocks all around it and the hot tub was not usable either due to being too cold, then when it finally warmed up, the staff shocked it so that was a teeny bit disappointing but oh well!
I did find the pillows a bit too hard but again - that's minor - also, they may want to do some paint touch ups on the walls and baseboards.
We look forward to staying in one of the suites again for our next event!

Rooms could use a refresh. Cupboards were water stained. Furniture looked well worn and marked. Stains on the carpet. Bedroom lamp was falling apart. I had to put it together. Bedroom blind was broken and would only stay closed. Couldn’t get either of the tvs to work
