The hotel was extremely busy, as it was a holiday weekend. The state of the hotel definitely showed an increase in volume and turnover. Our room, the entranceway, and the bathroom floor had white marks all over it. At first, it looked like a child walked into paint and then ran in and out of the room. However, with the smallest of elbow grease, I was able to remove most of the marks from the bathroom. In doing so, it looked more like dried oatmeal, but I couldn't be sure. My point is that it was impossible not to notice this mess and that someone made a conscious decision to leave it in this manner. They did this, knowing that it was a long weekend and that guests would be paying in some cases double what they normally would pay. At these prices, with taxes,fees, etc, we were over a grand for 2 nights. At these prices, you do expect the rooms to be in pristine condition. We had spoken to a staff member delivering towels to a nèar by room. He informed us that he would speak to his supervisor and that someone would be up shortly. At this point, it was late and we were at the end of a solid week of moving. We needed sleep more than anything. To the best of our knowledge, no one tried to reach us in regard to this issue. This is a beautiful hotel. However, more needs to be done to keep it that way.

Breakfast is small, Western style. The parking on the front side of the door is free of charge. The underground parking lot of the hotel is small. You need to brush the door to open the door. The street opposite the street is a bar, a bit noisy. The location is OK, just outside the hotel and turn right, not far away is Lake Okana. The choice is mainly because the price is not expensive.

The location and room were good, but after booking Ctrip went to the front desk and said that it could not find a reservation, they could open a room directly to check in, but the price was higher than the Ctrip price, contact Ctrip immediately, and then said that a tax is separate, so it is expensive, Ctrip I took the initiative to refund the difference to me and praised Ctrip, but the hotel did not connect the tax-included price with Ctrip. The environment is good, easy to get in and out, there are convenience stores nearby with various buses, good choice, treat people if polite, except for a white lady wearing glasses 10 points politely done in the lobby,

Helpful staff, laundry on site. Kitchen has NOTHING not even cutlery/plates. Hard when traveling and jut wanting to buy trays etc. should have basics in there. Air con not air con really a built in fan with cold water. Our room got hotter not cooler and it was checked it was cold in the system but didn’t want to blow that out. Was told not an air con! So sad especially the price you are paying!
