Hotel & Spa Tino Sveti Stefan

Very comfy place to stay, I recommend it to every couple who wants to relax. The water in the pool was warm and clear. Also you have a some activities that you can entertain with your friends or loved ones. The food was delicious. Also the stuff are very pleasend.

Had a great time on the top floor with an awesome view of Ohrid Lake. Staff was polite, nice and knowledgeable, both at the front desk and the restaurant. Check out was a breeze; they accept all cards. All our possessions were safe and secure. Loved my experience and I’d go back there again 💕

I did lots of research before picking this hotel, really glad I did! The hotel was clean & comfortable, we loved the 2 pools, gym & spa area. The WiFi is good and works well throughout the hotel. Our only gripe was that the food in the buffet wasn't kept heated, quite often things like egg/chips/rice etc were already cold when we arrived. I hope the hotel will look into using heat lamps to keep the food warm & fresh. A couple of things to mention: 1) The hotel is on a bypass, the most realistic option to get into Ohrid is a taxi - we paid 300 Denar each way. (Some taxi drivers will try to charge you more!) There's a path into Ohrid but it's around 3 miles long and can be a bit rocky & tricky to follow at first. 2) Buses are very unreliable, so best not to wait for one 3) There's a small supermarket in Sv.Stefan if you want bits & pieces for your room 4) The quality of food in the eating places in the town is very hit and miss, I'd suggest going into Ohrid for a meal.

The hotel strives to excellence, staff are attentive and nothing is too much trouble, that is from the cleaning staff to the management. The beds are comfy even around the 2 pools. The food is excellent from the a la carte, I can only say for this as we didn't eat from the buffet, but I saw a lot of empty plates. If you want a quiet hidden gem then this place is for you. We will definitely be back.

Very good family hotel! I recommend it to everyone! it is suitable for both adults and small children! Very satisfied with all the service of the staff! The pools are clean, perfect for all needs! The jacuzzi and spa are perfect! The food is great! Greeting !

The staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble. Everyone was so friendly. The location is lovely, with views over the lake. Taxis to the centre cost around 4.50 GBP The cash machines take 9.5% commission!!! One machine didn't give me any cash, but took over 200 GBP out of my account! The hotel receptionist was brilliant in helping me sort this. So take cash, and change at an exchange bureau, or use a credit card. Most places take them. The breakfast is poor, as no heat lamps on the buffet, so food is cold, the same if you have the buffet lunch/dinner, but the al a carte is good, and hot.

Can’t rate this Hotel highly enough!! The whole 2 week experience was fantastic and it was the first holiday we’ve had where we didn’t want to come home!! Macedonia and Lake Ohrid truly beautiful. Staff at this hotel amazing and to say the hotel was clean Is an understatement, our room was a bit dark due to being at the back surrounded by trees but who spends all their time in the room!! I recommend this hotel 100%

This is only my personal opinion! Highlights The staff, its not often I have come across a better bunch of kind, open, helpful people. It's hard to pick out one group over another if I had to it would be the reception staff, nothing to much trouble always willing to sort out an issue. Restaurant We just got stuck in.. it wasn't very 'british' but if want that then stay home! Yes the food was different what I ate I enjoyed I always came away full and happy. The fresh bread and garlic dip my days .. I could live on that. Spa.. Another win often these places can be a busy smelly? I totally enjoyed my opportunity to relax. I'm sure as the season picks up it might not be quite as relaxing. Rooms I had no intention of spending to much time here as a place to sleep and wash.. I have no issue it was perfectly clean, yes a bit more storage would of been ideal but we managed. Would I recommend and go back again.. yes in a heart beat. My only issue and this is more about me and my dislikes Smoking, it was everywhere in all the hotels restaurants trips cabs .. i had to laugh when a lady left her children having breakfast to come and smoke next to us..

Positives: Large, newly renovated room, great balcony, nice views, friendly staff, very attractive indoor and outdoor pool So-so: parking crowded and slightly scary, breakfast Negatives: Extremely dated, as the exterior and public areas don't seem to have been renovated since the 1990's, not a good value for money (Marriott in Skopje, a true international 5-star hotel, was the same price), bathroom was a joke, with almost no toiletries and soap and toilet paper dispensers you'd find in an old public bathroom
