Kamar bersih namun alat makan yg disediakan hotel kurang bersih, AC dingin, Proses cek in cepat& harus deposit dulu 100rb.Dekat ITS jarak 1km. Pelayanan ramah.

Mari kita bahas kelebihannya dulu: Hotelnya dekat sekali dengan Galaxy Mall, jalan kaki paling lama 10 menit. Letaknya tidak jauh dari Kebun Binatang Surabaya, hanya sepuluh menit dengan taksi. Sikap petugas pelayanan juga cukup baik. Selain itu, harganya juga murah.
Kekurangan: Hotelnya bersebelahan dengan jalan raya, lalu lintas pada pagi dan sore hari sangat bising, dan juga terdengar deru sepeda motor yang melaju kencang di tengah malam. Lalu, saya tidak tahu apakah ada pabrik di luar hotel atau unit outdoor AC sentral hotel bergemuruh sepanjang malam. Singkatnya, orang yang mudah tidur benar-benar tidak bisa tidur di sini.
