Makan pagi hanya dapat nasi goreng, kurang memuaskan karena tidak ada buffet. Alasannya karena tamu yang sedikit.

Lokasi strategis, mudah dicari, dan masih berada di kota. Dari segi fasilitas sudah baik, bagus, lengkap, dan sesuai dengan budget yang dikeluarkan. Dari segi kebersihan, hotel dan kamar bersih, nyaman, dan tertata rapi.
Dari segi pelayanan saya kasih nilai jelek. Beberapa alasannya:
1. Ketika parkir, satpam hanya diam saja dan malah ngopi santai. Tidak ada inisiatif mencarikan tempat dan memandu parkir.
2. Dari resepsionis sikapnya kaku, seperti terkesan terpaksa, kurang ramah, dan seperti menyepelekan tamu.
3. Dalam menanggapi aduan karena ada fasilitas yang kurang seperti tidak niat. Contoh kemarin saya meminta handuk hingga 2x ke resepsionis, resepsionis hanya senyum-senyum tidak jelas dan janji akan dikirim, hingga check out handuk tidak pernah terkirim.
4. Saat pagi hari, tidak ada petugas di bagian resepsionis maupun di kantor satpam. Perlu menunggu beberapa menit dan harus dicari dulu.
5. Saya sudah meninggalkan nomor hp untuk dihubungi terkait permintaan maaf pihak hotel, hingga tulisan ini dibuat tidak ada permintaan maaf.
Mohon pihak pengembang hotel untuk melakukan evaluasi SOP yang sudah dibuat. Apabila belum ada, mohon segera dibuat dan diagendakan pelatihan untuk karyawan. 🙏
