Again management had a employee meeting I guess right in the lobby. We heard them getting chewed out. As a customer it was highly uncomfortable.

Clean hotel, warm invironment, friendly staff

When we got to the room, there were no towels, wash cloths or drinking glasses. The managers on duty, both day and night were excellent and helpful.

I reported this property to Wyndham Corporation. When we arrived at 6:30 pm there were no other cars anywhere on the property. The door to the lobby was locked because the area around the hotel is in a very rough part of town. The night clerk unlocked the door and admitted us to be checked in then immediately relooked the door. We entered the room to find mold and dirt in the refrigerator and the bathroom sink and tub was filthy. There were no towels in the room, the remote to the TV didn’t work and when we did get the TV on, it was analog transmission and the picture was very blurry. I took pictures of the room to share with ******* and Wyndham. The manager is not on site at all many days of the week and when he does show up it’s only for a few hours. I know this because ******* tried repeatedly to reach him to request a refund for us. He refused despite the deplorable condition of the hotel and room. I have encouraged ******* and Wyndham to discontinue using this property. DO NOT STAY HERE!

This property is very “tired” and not maintained to Travelodge or basic standards. There was only a hand towel that had seen better days in my room. I ask for bath towel and wash cloth and was told the laundry wasn’t done yet so she’d try to get some from an unoccupied room. You check in from a window to the outside-the lobby is locked. No toilet paper holder, but the bracket is still in the wall. TV had a universal remote that wouldn’t scan channels and you had to get up and stand in front of tv to get it to turn off. WiFi code frequently didn’t work and WiFi kept cutting out.

Room was not cleaned. Switched to another room, but same...dirty..thus i checked out immediately.

I am not a picky traveller and I don’t need the lap of luxury. I almost never leave negative reviews. This property will be an exception. It was the filthiest place I have ever stayed in. The age of the motel is one thing, some fading and discolouration I can live with. But when the floor is so dirty I can’t walk on it without my feet getting black and when the towels have hairs on them, the motel has clearly failed to do its basic duty of keeping its rooms clean. I would never stay here again.

The room had no TV remote and I was told that the tv needed programming. I had no TV that night. One of the light fixtures was missing a bulb. The floors were filthy both inside and outside the room. It was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in!

From the street I observed broken, falling down window shades and a droopy "Travel Lodge", cloth property sign, hung crookedly at the top of the 3 story building. The entry "waiting" room was bare bones and uninviting. I had to ask for Kleenex, a wastebasket and TV remote. They had no Kleenex (though there was a rusted-out metal receptacle attached to the bathroom wall), and the remote didn't work. The wall around the air conditioner was broken up, and one of the two large, sliding-glass windows was majorly cracked. I was anticipating a relaxing bath after having driven 11 hours, but the tub stopper leaked dramatically, so a shower had to do. the water was hot enough. The stay was quiet, the bed comfortable, the room was basically clean and without odor, and the A/C did work. The reason I put up with it is my tiredness, the price was right, and, at 9PM I noticed only 4-5 cars, so I knew it should make for a quiet night. Because of all the negatives, along with very misleading pictures on the internet, I feel I SHOULD BE REFUNDED!
