their check in and check out processes are speedy and fluent. the breakfast area is so comfy and the staff there are so nice. the hotel is around 5 minutes walk to train station that’s very convenient for us. they provide discount vouchers to use in the restaurant as well if you skip cleaning service which is an extra to us. it’s overall a great experience staying in this hotel!

Tour guide was not only knowledgeable but felt like a local even though he’s Irish but has been touring for fourteen years. The grasp and depth of his experience is deep and relatable. He also appears to genuinely enjoy and like what he does. Yes the reason I highly recommend Radiant Tours through TripAdvisor. The Dachau trip is not for the faint of heart but a must for history buffs, as well as local tour of downtown Munich with its rich history of the Great War and WWII.

Very comfortable near central station ,airport express and old town.

The hotel room was clean and tidy. It is situated near major transport stations. There are also many shops nearby. It is highly recommended for travelers who plan to visit Munich!

The hotel offers options for room services. We have choosen not to have cleaning services. In return, they provide us with 10 euro voucher. We use the voucher to buy food and drinks in the hotel bar. They are yummy.

Great hotel close to Munich hbf station. Free 10 euro coupon given every day for not requiring room cleanup services. However, for the only night out of 5 nights that I had room cleaning services, I noticed that the bedsheets were not changed. Still, a great hotel though with ok breakfasts.

Everything is good and all staff are very nice and helpful. Except for there are not enough lockers for customers to store their luggage after checking out.

Friendly staffs, good room, good breakfast, close to the train station. Also close to Königplatz and museums. Easy access to transportation.

Location is quite good five minutes walk from main train station but rather noisy if let the window opened due to next to the street car track. Very helpful and friendly staffs

Great location and spacious, clean room. I got a room on the 7th floor and the lighting can be improved. A bit dark because lights were scarce. Recommended.

Great hotel. I was allocated a very nice room with a foyer, more like a suite than a room. Maybe I got lucky. The price was totally okay for the room I got. The night check-in clerk is pretty unfriendly. I absolutely hate to have to do self-check-in. May information was already conveyed to the hotel, why do I have to type it again? If you want that, type it yourself!

Easily accessible from train station, trams & bus. Quiet and comfortable room. Restaurants & supermarkets nearby. 10Euro voucher each day, of opt not to have housekeeping. Highly recommended.
