Lovely hotel near beach Le Pelosa. Staff Giovanni is a helpful and friendly guy. Definitely appreciate his attitude. Plenty of parking spaces in the hotel area. There are different events in the pool side everyday and night time also. Would highly recommend for family with kids.
However, I don't like the shower area. It's too small.

Overall good place. Well maintained family friendly hotel. The bar, singer, local staff were very nice and kind. Would love to give a 4 star, but the female owner was rude and say discrimitive words to us foreigners.
Not only once, but once to my friend and once to my family, in different locations. For example, she said to the reception, "Why are the xxxese here?" in Italian and my friend who studied in Italy actually understood some Italian.
So for foreigners, especially Asian, this hotel is a 2 star, while for local and Europeans, it can be a 4 star.

The rooms a spacious enough for a family of four and have a nice little patio in front. There is a shuttle bus to the beach and the marina. The pool is nice, however, there is always music playing. The breakfast buffet is ver nice. As the name says it is a club hotel and has this a**osphere in all aspects, crowds at the buffet, entertainment at the pool.

Beautiful garden outside, but the room & service were disappointing. Mould on 2 of the walls. No socket to charge phone, unplugged small TV to charge. No wifi in room, no wifi in public area. No kettle. No mini bar. Plastic cups in use. Phone to reception didn't work. After walking to reception to request towels, it took 45 min to arrive. Fragmented info at most, such as cut pieces of paper on breakfast tables showing excursion departing at 8:45pm but no return time or price. Waiters had no clue when asked. Display of set menu dinner for that day but no price. On showing us where the room was, staff walked fast & well ahead leaving us dragging our bags miles behind. Not a 4* hotel.

Our family stayed there for four days at a deluxe suite. We expected more from the room and it needed reparations. The hotel is in great place but has potential to get much better with better management. The breakfast was good and the the staff at the reception was really friendly. Also the bus to La Pelosa was really appreciated. I can also mention that “the private beach” is not so private since it’s for everyone and it’s really stony. I highly recommend to visit the other beaches 100 meters away like la Pelosa and Spiaggia club house.

In addition to the lovely and spacious rooms, the very best addition to this place is the staff. They welcomed us with the best smile and they were very helpful during our stay. One minus about the property: Wi-Fi is quite poor, not ideal if you need to work during your stay. If not, their free shuttle to La Pelosa beach will help making your stay an unforgettable one.

Location: 8 Servizi: 6 Camere: 6 Colazione/pranzo/cena 7 Prezzo: 7 Struttura vicino al paradiso, spiaggia Pelosa, che da sola vale l’intero viaggio. camere e il sevizio non all’altezza, quest’ultimo soprattutto per la poca elasticità negli orari e per alcuni difetti nella gestione/coordinamento soprattutto del personale (poco accogliente, poco professionale, e poco coordinato). Piscina non ben gestita, poco pulita e senza un servizio bar. Peccato perché la struttura ha molte potenzialità, che però, purtroppo, non vengono sfruttate appieno. Degni di nota, invece, l’animazione e la ristorazione: più che positivi!
