The staff are warm and hospitable. They were still waiting for our arrival at midnight. The breakfast was separate, delicious, clean and hygienic. They also helped us order tickets for the performance of ”Meet Pingyao Again”. The location of the hotel is also very good. The housekeeper helped us online from before check-in to departure, and pointed out the routes of the ancient city attractions in detail on the tourist map. Thumbs up for the hotel's sincere service
