TTamuIt’s a lovely hotel with good location, although a little bit dated and could do with a refurbishment. The rooms are however very comfortable. The cost for breakfast I thought was very high at approximately 40 euros per person. I opted to walk around the corner and get coffee

TTamuHotel ini memiliki kesan mewah tersendiri! Lokasi dan segala aspek pelayanan sangat baik ~ jalan trem93 tepat di depan pintu, sangat nyaman untuk menuju area alun-alun. Lingkungan akomodasi cukup memuaskan (mengingat usia hotel). Sarapannya terlalu sederhana dan ***anya pada dasarnya sama setiap hari. Carrefour mini berjarak 3 menit berjalan kaki dari pintu, yang sangat nyaman untuk dibeli. Terdapat sebuah taman kecil dan danau terbuka dalam jarak 5 menit berjalan kaki dari hotel, yang sangat cocok untuk jogging pagi!

TTamuSuperb location right in the middle of everything. Yet at night it was quiet enough to sleep.
Rooms were big and spacious, our room also had a bath which was big enough for 2, separate shower area. Lift was also available in this hotel. The hotel is located exactly next to Maison Dandoy which was easy to miss as the front looked part of the cafe rather than a hotel.
Rooms needed some maintenance, the wooden chair in the room was broken with spikes of wood which was dangerous. Some lights in the room didn't work. No aircon, we had 2 separate rooms and one of them after a day out the room would be so hot and stuffy, the other room was fine. Bathroom floor tiles get really slippery once wet so also a hazard.
The other thing is that every time we enter the hotel we'll have to wait for the reception to physically open the door for us, it felt bothersome and we felt bad for them if we kept going in and out of the hotel

TTamuOverall, my stay was excellent. The only aspect that fell short was the television, as it was not a smart TV. In this day and age, having access to platforms like YouTube or Netflix is expected in a hotel room, and the lack of it made the in-room experience somewhat less enjoyable.

La stanza era grande, a disposizione tutto ciò di cui uno aveva bisogno. Purtroppo nonostante ci fossero due televisioni (1 in sala e 1 in camera da letto) non sono riuscita a farle funzionare almeno per la sera avendo viaggiato con un bimbo che al rientro dalle passeggiate si sarebbe rilassato volentieri guardando un cartone alla tv.
Il bagno grande con a disposizione saponi, bagnoschiuma e shampoo.
La cucina non adeguata. Le posate però non erano pulite. Peccato.
L’ubicazione è’ favolosa e nonostante si trovi in pieno centro, durante la notte regnava il silenzio assoluto.
Ci tornerei volentieri.

TTamuSo much potential let down by poor management. We’ve stayed in over 200 hotels, and this is the first to charge a fee for a baby cot/crib (at €35!). This was requested to be placed in our room at arrival. We arrived at 1pm and after chasing relentlessly, the only placed it in our room at 9pm. Staff are very rude too. Mentioned nothing about WiFi, breakfast, location of room. Just throw a key at you without a smile and turn away.
