We happened to be there just as a fair was taking place right across from the hotel, and I actually found it very pleasant and even quite convenient. The location is also ideal, with easy access to the Midi train station as well as tram lines 4 and 10 at the "Lemonnier" stop. The service was impeccable: a very understanding, helpful, welcoming, and, most importantly, highly professional team. Honestly, I 100% recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to come back on a future trip. Thank you very much for your warm welcome and the quality of your service. It was truly top-notch!"

"The room was fine, clean but there was no toilet seat when I arrived but they fixed straight away and the staff were super friendly! The phone did not work either. The room was a good size for one person, two people would have been too small. The location was not very nice but that’s not the hotels fault, there were homeless and alot of trash on the streets outside. The metro was right outside the hotel which was good to get out the area fast!"

Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not stay here again."

Sarapannya juga sangat ramai, seperti restoran langganan tur grup. Sebenarnya, hotel ini tidak memiliki tempat parkir sendiri, melainkan tempat parkir umum. Tempat parkir ini berupa gedung dan persis di seberang pintu belakang hotel. Jalan serta tikungannya sangat-sangat sempit, hanya bisa dilewati mobil kecil. Saya parkir dua hari dengan biaya 32 Euro, lumayan lah."

Hotel itself seems running old, old-school design. The use of interior color is heavy and dark; some places have visible stains, e.g. floor carpet, chair cover etc. Room is spacious though. Just feel some places are not well cleaned. The coffee cup, after two hot water wash, still had visible grease on surface. Good thing is free bottle of water is offered to the guest in the room. Overall, okay for short-term stay in Brussels."
