We happened to be there just as a fair was taking place right across from the hotel, and I actually found it very pleasant and even quite convenient. The location is also ideal, with easy access to the Midi train station as well as tram lines 4 and 10 at the "Lemonnier" stop. The service was impeccable: a very understanding, helpful, welcoming, and, most importantly, highly professional team. Honestly, I 100% recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to come back on a future trip. Thank you very much for your warm welcome and the quality of your service. It was truly top-notch!"

Free wifi, free tea-coffee, fridge, free bottles of water in room. Loved it!"

When I raised this issue with the hotel, I was told they could only refund 30% of the amount paid, with no other solution. This is not logical nor fair given the situation.
