Hotel Indigo BRUSSELS - CITY by IHG

Very nice staff, good breakfast and bar. Location was close to train station. But be-careful of your belongings.

Had a wonderful stay at Indigo hotel, the design is vibrant and full of character Rooms were clean, stylish and very comfortable with great attention to detail. Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout.

Very hotel, convebient and nice staff. Always smile with a service mind.

Great Hotel, great location and was overall a great stay. We checked in straight after leaving Tomorrowland camping and even though it was one of the Tomorrowland Hotels, our rooms were ready when we arrived and no hassles. Would recommend and definately stay again.

With heavy luggage and carry on, do note that there are 2 sets of steps on the way to the room. Staff didn’t had common sense to allocate a room on the lift level itself. Other than that breakfast and location is excellent. Didn’t feel any good service given so minus points for that.

Best service Excellent communication and very flexible

While location was pretty decent, near a shopping street that brings you close to city centre. Please be aware of the deposit charges as I got multiple charges where even after refunds I was charged the FX of those transactions and refunds.

Great Location staffs behavior excellent rooms are big clean

Hotel location is very nice. Easy to access to metro and restaurant. Just the room is a bit small and even I live alone, I felt the space is hard to move around.
