This was our fourth visit to this beautiful hotel, having stayed in the hotel and a cottage previously. Both are spotless, well equipped and decorated to a high degree. A warm welcome is assured on arrival and the excellent service continues throughout your stay. The choice for breakfast cannot be beaten and the dinner menu changes daily, The hotel is spotless at all times, but you never see anyone cleaning! The whole team work together to achieve the best for their guests and there is no doubt that they enjoy providing the excitement service they give. Thank you for another wonderful stay.

We had a lovely stay, the staff were friendly , even the general manager came and made sure we were happy with everything. The hotel was spotless, over room was serviced daily with bottles of water everyday. The hotel uses The White Company products, which I love. Breakfast was cooked to order plus the usual cereals , yogurts etc. We had one dinner while we were there, it was very nice . The pool area was clean and relaxing, we had a small terrace with chairs and table overlooking the pool . We arranged to be collected from the airport, the gentleman was very friendly. It was perfect from start to finish, this is how all hotels should be. The owner should be proud of all his staff, we will return .

Stayed here recently for our second visit. A combination of two adjoining self catering cottages plus rooms in the main hotel at either end of the visit. As before, the hotel is faultless. We have been coming to Jersey since the late seventies and have sampled most of the higher end establishments but La Place sets a very high bar. Thanks to all the staff but in particular Victor who was most helpful and proactive in seeking medical attention for my daughter who unfortunately arrived with tonsillitis.

We stayed for 4 nights on a Secret Escapes deal. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the superior room we had was spacious, with a large modern bathroom, lovely White Company toiletries, a very large and comfortable bed and a view of the pool. There are tea and coffee making facilities (replenished daily), complimentary fresh milk available if you ask, as well as the UHT cartons, which is a nice touch. Plenty of storage space for clothes, a safe and a fridge. There is a nice outdoor pool area, although the weather wasn't great when we visited, so we didn't use the pool. Breakfast is amazing, with every hot or cold choice you could imagine and the evening meals were also very good, with a seasonal menu which changes daily. All the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay. If we visit Jersey in the future, we will definitely stay at this hotel again

The service was brilliant, every member of staff we came across were so friendly and just wanted to make our stay lovely. The hotel throughout was spotlessly clean. Our room was so spacious and comfortable. The bar area and lounge were also comfortable and welcoming. Food was delicious with a wide range of breakfast options. The hotel is in a peaceful location with plenty of parking and a bus stop outside . We will definitely be back.

Another fantastic stay at this lovely hotel. We cannot fault the warm and welcoming reception we get from the Manager and staff at La Place. Our room was immaculate, clean and comfortable. It was great to have access to a private terrace and to the pool beyond. Breakfast is delicious and bar food in the evening tasty and generously portioned. I always worry when I’ve had a great stay before, that the next one will not match up to it…thrilled that it did Another ten out of ten. Thank you for a great holiday on this beautiful island

We've been to La Place 3 or 4 times before but not for the past 15 years. Couldn't be happier with our choice. The staff were absolutely lovely with the right blend of service and friendliness. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were great but Angelo, Marcus and Patrick took great care of us in the restaurant. We ate in the Restaurant most nights of our 7 night stay as the food was good and the atmosphere suited us with discrete jazz piano being played. The room was well equipped, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. This will continue to be our hotel of choice on Jersey as it ticks all the boxes and then some!

This is a wonderful hotel which scores highly on all fronts. The staff are very friendly and helpful, everywhere is immaculately clean . We stayed for 3 nights and I cannot recommend it highly enough. If we return to Jersey, we will definitely return to Hotel La Place.

This has got to be one of the best hotels that we have stayed in, from location, service, comfort, hospitality. From the wonderful welcome from Tim, who kindly showed us around the hotel and the facilities, before we were shown our rooms. The bedrooms, beautifully presented , well decorated and maintained. Bathroom with lovely White Company products, room with decent coffee, tea making facilities. In fact the corridor leading up to the rooms was immaculately maintained. Breakfast was fantastic, no rushing around or queueing, choice of continental or cooked (or both). Great selection and all fresh. We were running late on Saturday for breakfast, the they kindly cooked out chosen breakfast and kept it warm despite us arriving just after breakfast had 'finished' , they also kept all the other breakfast items out for us. Dinner on Saturday night was great, it was a 3 course meal, the menu changes daily but was lovely. Fortunate with the weather that we had the opportunity to sit pool side, although slightly cold there were still customers willing to take a dip. An amazing stay, will look to go again because Jersey and the weather did a great job of spoiling us. The staff are absolutely amazing from front house, to restaurant staff to the housekeepers. Highly recommended.
