Small and damp rooms with no view or ventilation.. housekeeping is quite bad, dirty bed sheets, floor of the room not mopped, used cups and towels (attached pics) and overpriced for its location and service. Stayed here for 2 nights thinking its a 4 star as claimed across platforms but definitely not worth the price!

No cleanliness in rooms. Service is not good. Rooms are congested. No view is available, and ventilation is also not proper. WiFi has problems. Bathroom doors, TV is not in good condition. Not worthy of having 4 star rating. Restaurant food is good. Located on main road.

We were group of 21 people...This hotel is amazing, room service, staff at reception are so so amazing, they did not get irked by all our children and their requests, staff at restaurant, food everything is mind blowing, they even made food as per our request. They looked after us so well. They have accommodated all our request so well and looked after us so beautifully. Our children enjoyed the food even the fussiest eater of our family loved the food. I highly recommend this hotel. It's amazing. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great dinner at the restaurant. Friendly staff, fast service, good food, nice location. Highly recommended to eat at this restaurant. Speak fluently English and try their best to meet all your needs and give good advice.

Average Hotel with average amenities. Restaurant was not hygienic, Food was average and not well maintained in the buffet. Cutlery was old and damaged, Poor response to Customers, even after repeated requests.
