The room we received was not the room that was featured in the pictures. The ventilation in the room was little to none and the temperature in the room never got below 75 degrees regardless of setting the thermostat lower for multiple days, otherwise a fairly enjoyable stay.

Checked into my room and it wasn’t even cleaned yet so they didn’t check that before letting us check in they gave us another room but I feel they should’ve offered me a discount for the inconvenience. They weren’t even apologetic about it.

This property itself is beautiful but this is the second time ive stayed here and it will be the last. I booked through ******* and when I tried to check-in their system wasnt showing my booking. I gave them my confirmation number and still nothing. I waiting an hour, which shortened up my already super late check at almsot midnight before they were finally able to check me in. The room was nice other than the dirty sock, a use cotton swab used to clean someones ear and a pait of toenail clippers. I also inspected the bed with my UV light and yep, it picked up body fluids. I took pictures of all this and intented on posting them. I dont see anywhere to do so. I tried to use my voucher that I had to pay for but they had only one person working and in 30 minutes I never saw them so I went back to my room. The property is beautiful and its a shame its still has the same issues I experienced before the remodel. I cannot believe the Davenport would let this Hotel operate this way. This was a complete waste of my money, especially for just 11 hours. I will never do business with them or any of the Davenports again.

We stayed for State B Basketball so the location was perfect. Check in was easy and the atmosphere during this time was exciting.
The only thing we did not like was the breakfast buffet that was served. The eggs and potatoes were cold. It would have been nice to be able to have the option of ordering off the menu.

We’ve stayed at this property for years, even before it was the Centennial. This was hands down our worst experience. We had a 2 queen room that overlooked the park and it was the smallest room I have ever stayed in at a hotel. We had our suitcases laid out in the hallway by the bathroom due to lack of space. And I knew this upon booking, but my kids were extremely disappointed that the pool was outdoors and not indoors. The beds were uncomfortable and warped. And the biggest issue, which is not necessarily the hotels fault, but our room was in a further away wing from the lobby and 2 out of the 3 nights we were there, we were woken up at midnight by a group of kids that were screaming, running and banging on doors. My husband handled it, but the hotel should do a better job of monitoring rooms/areas that are further away from the lobby. Aside from the negative, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and the buffet breakfast was good. Unfortunately we will probably not choose to stay here again.

We traveled for state basketball. I don’t know that the hotel planned their employees for lots of kids running around and they seemed to be rather annoyed even though we were spending plenty of money in the restaurant and bar. Our room was great with a great view. However, we asked for our room to be cleaned and they did not do that so we had to go ask for towels daily. We also had a giant outdoor light outside our window that would brightly shine into the room at night even with the drapes drawn.

The bed was pretty uncomfortable and the pillows were insanely overpuffed, one of the televisions in our suite didn't work properly and there was only one remote for 2 TVs. The suite had a loveseat and a strange chair that didn't fill the space and were uncomfortable.
The shower was weak and there was no way to keep the water from going everywhere.
The parking and location were very convenient, and the check in person was nice.
I could've done without the multiple emails and texts trying to upsell me. One is enough.
