I had the pleasure of staying at an apartment that truly exceeded my expectations. The location is absolutely beautiful, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The apartment itself is modern, spacious and welcoming. There's a plenty of natural light that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Overall, this place combines convenience with style, making it a perfect choice for anyone seeking comfort and a scenic retreat.

Loved everything about this apartment. Toma gave me a warm welcome and orientation. Beautiful modern finishes, lovely balcony with a fabulous harbor view. 1 minute walk to the Promenade lined with restaurants, 2 minute walk to one of the Old Town gates, the ferry terminal and a small market right next door. As a female solo traveler, loved the location. Excellent value. Free Wifi, AC, TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric fireplace. When returning to Split, I'll definitely rebook.

My stay was amazing, it made my time in split even more enjoyable and I would reccommend this place to everyone! The property was just as described, it was stunning! It was very clean and spacious! The view of the harbour was so amazing and I loved waking up every morning looking out the window. The location was perfect, and our host was so lovely and helpful with everything. Would definitely recommend! There were a lot of stairs leading up to the room but this was outlined, so I was very aware of this when I booked! And the host helped me with my bag to my room so all was good!

Great views, pretty spacious and bed are vey nice and comfortable. You have a view of marine so u can see the boats docking in such a beautiful balcony Right in the center so its a great place to stay if u want to be close to the restaurants and all the things happening

We booked this accommodation through a travel agent. What is not made clear is that there are 4 flights of stairs up to the rooms. There is no reception and it is very difficult to find as there is nothing on the outside of the building to indicate where it is. The hallway is used by other residents and is not particularly clean, bins inside the hallway, and the front door was damaged. The views are lovely, however we were moved to a more suitable accommodation due to the stairs, if you are fit and able and just want the views then I am sure it is fine. Not for us and we did not sleep in the property.

Impressive place w/ beautyful view. I love it. Location is very good and the staff is very helpful. It was one of the best places I’ve ever been to, and would love to go back. The price is great for this amazing accomodation. The place is very tidy and comfortable.

We stayed at the better of the 3 rooms with a balcony, the location and view is excellent a very big bed which you can sit up and watch the boats come in and out of port. You can sit in the sun from 10am till approx 4.30pm on the balcony which they provided 2 fold up chairs and a table. We had a wonderful stay but just a couple of things that you are not made aware of, it is difficult to locate with just a very small name on an entrance buzzer, there are 7 flights of stairs to climb with suitcases and no lift, there is nowhere at all to unpack clothes and you will live out of your case. Finally there is no service to the room in the entire stay ie towels toilet roll cleaning etc so by day 5 you are wiping your feet clean to get in bed. All this apart we enjoyed our stay and the lacking part you get used to. No need to go to the gym here with the stairs.
