We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite the high charges, the only amenity available was the swimming pool—there was nothing else to justify the cost. We were traveling with senior citizens, and the property being in a hilly area made things very inconvenient. The walk from the room to the restaurant was too long, and although the staff promised that an electric cart would assist us, half of the time it never arrived. Breakfast and dinner were included in our package, but the meals were extremely basic and lacked variety. For dinner, we were served just one vegetable dish and one dal, with no elaborate options or even a simple salad. It was quite underwhelming. The hotel also seemed severely understaffed, and the service reflected this. To top it all off, the bathroom facilities were poorly maintained, with toilet flushes not working properly. Overall, I cannot recommend this property to anyone. It was a disappointing stay, and I suggest looking for better alternatives.

Hello Id like to share my experience at the hotel. To begin with, I stayed here with my husband for 2 days . The staff here are beyond amazing they are your true asset. They were extremely professional, courteous suppa humble and very helpful. They would always go above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Each and everyone is exceptionally amazing with a customer centric approach. I truly admired everyone however would love to highlight the ones who definitely made a difference. Purvi : Truly humble, kind and a lovely human being she made sure our meals were perfect and on time. She's absolutely amazing with her work. Jyoti, Ramesh and Sandeep from house keeping assisted us throughout our stay with all our needs with the broadest smile. I'm truly overwhelmed with my experience and would love to come back just because of the delightful experience. Thankyouuu to each one of you for being so hospitable. What an amazing place to be . U will get the feel of proper European theme . I personally like the property very much,all staff are very cooperative and helpful. I would recommend this to all my friends. The antique theme,close to nature and morning wake up with the quite cold brezze .

Staff are friendly and they give you suggestions in terms of how you can spend your day in port Blair. The rooms are French type and are as shown in the pictures. But the property is outside the city and wouldn’t give that luxury experience, it’s more like a air bnb type.

This is a very comfortable hotel with all the facilities you may need. Staff is very understanding and service is excellent. It is at a very peaceful location on a hilltop away from all that can disturb you. … but then it is far away from tourists attractions and you will spend more time and money to commute. We had a wonderful experience there and will certainly recommend this property to you.

Probably one of the most serene places to spend quality time in port blair. The well lit pool is one of the selling points and makes a great evening hang out spot. Chef Sourabh’s preparation was great and added to the quality of dining in a Panaromic view hall.

I had a delightful culinary stay at Clarks Exotica Island House. If I say the food here is excellent, it will only be an understatement – it was completely exceptional! it was beyond amazing!. I think I gained a couple of pounds just from the sheer deliciousness of every bite. From the freshness of veggies straight from their garden to the surprising twists in their menu, it was a roller coaster of flavors. If you haven’t been to the Clarks Exotic Island House, then you haven’t been to the right place for foods

I very rarely leave reviews. However, this is one hotel is most deserving of one! Ideal location for a beach lover. Adding to it is the private beach just steps away from the rooms. And also beaches had nice seating. Everything is close by in terms of landmark. The rooms look exactly like in the picture. Rooms had nice wooden decor and bathrooms were very huge. Chef makes delicious food. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and supportive that impressed me lot. Overall area is huge beach view is an added advantage. The backside lush greenery and the beach was mesmerizing it was like a dreamy world. No crowd at all. Worth the price we pay. A big cheers to the team. Keep it up. And who reading this, just go for it.
