Hôtel correct mais sa mérite pas 5 etoile j’étais déçus de mon expérience… Points négatifs : Petit souci à l’entrée : pas de lit bébé chambre pas conforme à la réservation ! Bruit de Frigo à la chambre qui empêche de dormir Travaux de bâtiment côté jardin …! Points positifs personnel très gentille et serviable Petit déjeuner copieux Bien sécurisé et bien situé

Jaz Tour Khalef is by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! From the staff to the facilities to the rooms everything is top quality - deserves to be more than a 5 star hotel (if it was possible). The staff are an ultimate credit to the hotel especially the waiters, cleaners & entertainers. The rep is great & always sorts you the best deal for camel, quad & boat trips. The holiday as a whole was definitely a favourite & we are still riding the high! Hotel is perfect for couples, friends & families & is in a great location. The only negative I could say is the selection of alcohol available is slightly limited & I’d say if you have typical picky English eaters the food may be limited for you - although there’s always pasta & pizza for those who don’t indulge in the Tunisian food. Tunisia itself was fantastic, again the only negative is the locals do like to mither, but even so, they are all so lovely & friendly. Safe to say we will definitely be returning in summer when the weather is even better!

Amazing staff so accommodating polite and happy to help . A few staff members to mention Slah, Hasna, Imed, Snoousi, Fredj, Ali, Mohammad, Char and Adel are just a few Atomosphere was spot on and all services was great I wouldn’t say much about the pool could do with an uplift Grounds around the outside pool and beach was lovely for a swim and food was a great variety

We're still here (Rebecca and Chris - with the rose) and I have to say that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Service is amazing, drinks are great, and the food is top notch. My birthday was on Friday and they brought out a wonderful cake with candles. I feel like we have made friends here and it's such a beautiful place to stay. When you get here, ask for Joe as he will well and truly hook you up with some fun activities. We also bought a fun boat trip from Captain Smiley Miley, which is obviously not his real name but should be. Make sure you check out the medina and be prepared to haggle. We're here until Thursday and I'm so happy we came. Thank you Jaz Tour Khalef for looking after us so well.

Amazing holiday at the beginning of June. we had a couple of cold days which was unexpected but you can't control the weather. Hotel-the hotel is beautiful as are the grounds, The reception area looks amazing and there are lots of seating areas/bars with waiter service. For smokers there isan indoor bar as well. Welcome drinks on arrival. Ali and Leith were so helpful. You can also change money here.The reception leads out on to a huge terrace (bar/music and waiter service)with steps down to the grounds. Room-ours was on the 6th floor and was lovely,big with a sea view. The bathrooms are huge with walk in shower. Decor is modern. Lots of reviews say beds are too hard but it was perfect for us, they're also huge. Balcony doors don't lock but on the 6th floor, its not a problem. cleaned beautifully every day. Islam is the lovely housekeeping manager, and checks with guests daily to make sure everything is OK Beach-it's beautiful, soft, white sand and beautiful clear water, We also did parasailing with Watersports byTina, a family run business. All the staff were lovely, friendly and know thier stuff, so absolutely recommend. Pool area- we used the main infinity pool area which has day beds and beds that you can put in the water. towels go down pretty early for the day beds (we weren't bothered about having one) also the pool guys, Ali, Aziz, Fadi were brilliant, they will always find you a sunlounger and bring the cushions when you have chosen your spot. There is also waiter serice around the pool. Karim served us and was super attentive, always checking if we needed anything. Even the gardeners gave flowers to some of us in the morning. The staff are all so friendy and polite from cleaners to management. Food-the main buffet restaurant is good, there's lots of choice every day. The pastries are especially delicious. When people say it's samey, we can never understand, At home, nobody eats pasta and pizza and fish and lamb and chicken and beef all in the same sitting!!!! The waiters are all lovely and often remember what you drink. Entertainment team- they are all great, friendly. chatty and do a variety of things throughout the day. We did yoga with the lovely Mahmud (Fanta). they always ask if you'd like to join but no pressure to do anything. In the evening there is the typical hotel show entertainment (Colombian/Cuban show, live music etc) which happens afterthe kids club. Kantoaui Marina is a short taxi ride away (15 dinar) and the hotel will call a taxi from reception if you ask. Definitely one of the best hotels we've stayed in with wonderful staff. My wife and I have been to the jaz 3 times now. the staff have been amazing from Ali the porter to adel and fethi the waiter and waitress we adore them very much. All the staff in the restaurant are fantastic including the managers. The cooks the cleaners are amazing. The pool guys azziz and rest of the staff. Pool waiters especially karim very helpful. We had a junior suite which was lush. We are back on the 5th of July. Can’t wait
