All staff here are very nice,respectful and welcoming to me as I am homless. And I always request to stay here when the council place me here because of the "swep" severe weather emergency protocol. And plenty of tea and coffee always available! Don't be afraid to ask 10/10 top notch service Thank you again

The hotel was cheap so good value for a low budget. The building is clean but dated. Staff were polite and helpful. I was disappointed with the bathroom which could do with refurbishment and had some unpleasant smells, maybe from drains.

Good price but basic accommodation, would be nice to get a few extras i.e. bottle of water, biscuits etc. Duvet needed replacing and pillows were a bit lumpy but you get what you pay for!

Thank you Bill for a lovely clean & tidy room with ample towels & drinks we needed. Good night's sleep in a comfortable bed, with additional pillows available which was appreciated. Hot shower completed the wish list. Thank you for a great stopover.

Very handy. I needed impromptu snooze whilst on a journey. The reception made it very easy and the place has great peacefulness to it. Had a good a chat with Kin at reception upon leaving. Once I’ve had a snooze, I was well on my way to my journey with a fresh head.

First class hotel. Stayed a few days and could have stayed longer if I could. The rooms are clean and tidy and the staff maintained this at a high level throughout my stay. Comfy beds, good shower, fresh towels whenever needed along with tea/coffee. Reception staff are exceptionally friendly with great knowledge of the area. Highly recommended place to stay!

Pillows were stained, some also had hairs on. They need throwing away. Lucky I had my own pillow. The room looked ok apart from that. Quiet apart from the fan in the bathroom. Cheap hotel, didn’t expect much more to be honest. Thought I’d leave. A review so you can get these pillows in the bin.
