Just what we wanted…. A stylish unpretentious high quality hotel with attention to detail and excellent customer service. Massive compliments to the chef who prepared almost a Michelin level meals daily. Perfect location for our hiking holiday in Sieser Alm. Excellent transport links to Ortesei, Bolzano and many other places. Only wish we had had more time to relax by the pool ( we did a lot of walking). This is an Italian hotel with a lot of German speaking guests. Hotel staff speak enough English for British guests with small vocabulary of German to manage. Cannot recommend highly enough. If you do as we did and forget USB chargers they sell them near the checkout in Despar opposite!

Simply fantastic! Incredibly good food (deserved a star), beautiful rooms, best location in the village, (ski) bus directly in front of the hotel to the Alpe di Siusi and incredibly friendly, lovely staff - we will definitely be back, thank you very much for this wonderful stay!

Undoubtedly a 5-star experience. The rooms are new, clean, in true alpine style. Our room had a lovely view over Siusi’s central square. All the hotel facilities are modern and high standard - the pool, the spa and the lounge/reception. But what truly hit the spot for us was the restaurant - Michelin-level quality food made with local ingredients and flavours. Breakfast was excellent too - great variety of local products (the scrambled eggs with cheese and speck deserve a special mention!) Service is warm, family style. Location is perfect to ski in Alpe di Siusi. It’s the second time for us at this hotel and we will certainly be back.

Wonderful hotel, spotlessly clean, set in spectacular scenery. The food is incredible. Very talented chef! Ideally situated for great Trekking on the Sciliar Alp and access to cable cars. All staff very helpful.

Amazing hotel with very high service level. Rooms are just amazing. Very large rooms and very well thought for putting you at ease during your stay. Food is amazing at night and breakfast. The only improvements would be to open the restaurant at lunch time (only the snack bar is opened) and to create a gym. All the family lived our stay and we are looking forward to coming back. The area is also breathtaking with unbelievable landscape and many trekking paths.

I stayed here for a week at the end of July. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel both welcome and looked after. The room was modern and spotlessly clean. The restaurant was of a high quality with a vast selction of choices especially with the buffet option at breakfast and for the dinner appetiser. The staff were professional, efficient and friendly. The spa facilities were of a high standard and the massages in the beautifully equipped spa rooms was super relaxing. Special thanks to Ivan in the restaurant who catered to my every need and Nadine for the great, end of a long trekking day, massages.

We had a fantastic 7-night stay at Artnatur. The room was perfect for us (2 adults, 2 children) with a separate sleeping area for them. We ate like kings as the food was superb. Our kids loved the playroom and the pool. The staff were extremely helpful and accomodating in many respects (from extra diners to hospital directions). The hotel itself is perfectly located by the ski bus stop or a 15/20 minute walk to the gondola, with a small supermarket, bakery and buther's very nearby. The garage parking was also very useful. We couldn't ask for more quite frankly and I can't praise the owners and the staff enough. We hope to return.

Siamo stati in vacanza a Sisusi la prima settimana di settembre 2024, abbiamo soggiornato io e mia moglie con alcuni amici in questo splendito Artnatur Dolomites Hotel Spa, da poco ristrutturato. Le camere spaziose, pulite, con balconcini tipici in legno, l'unica pecca nel bagno non c'era il bidè, ma un'ottima doccia. Il personale sempre molto gentile e attento ad ogni richiesta che è stata prontamente soddisfatta. La cena ottima, con piatti preparati degni di un ristorante stellato, il personale della sala sempre disponibile e molto gentile. Buona la colazione sia dolce che salata. Una bella piscina esterna con una ottima zona solarium, anche quella interna con idro merita. Accogliente anche la spa. L'Hotel ha anche organizzato delle escursioni in quota con una guida del posto, che conosceva a perfezione la zona. Sicuramente ci tornerò. Lo consiglio per un soggiorno rilassante.

Wow! Einfach toll! Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Bedienung super nett! Zimmer: Super gemütlich und super gestaltet! Die Zimmer waren angenehm und man konnte immer Lüften! Der Ausblick war direkt auf den Berg und auf den Pool. Morgens angenehme Luft zum Ruhen. Wetter war zwei Wochen lang wunderbar und abends gab es netterweise noch ein Gewitter. Essen: Das (4-5) Gänge Menü war sehr lecker Und schön gestaltet! Pool und Spa: Der Pool war schön und groß! Der Außenpool war länger und der Innenpool breiter und wärmer, da der Whirlpool direkt in den Innenpool fließt. Es gab eine große Massage usw… Haar Entfernung… Der Trampelpfad durfte auch nicht fehlen! Lg
