Room: it was clean. They have filtered water faucet! Location: near to the malls, the supermarket nearby at funan and Raffles city. Its 5 minutes walk to city hall mrt which is convenient if you wanna go around singapore. Breakfast: it can be crowded depends on the time you go. I went around between 8 and 10am. There's still queue. But you'll get a table within 10 mins. The food were great. Check in: it was seamless. Great customer service! Amenities: gym is 24hrs and good equipment. They have 2 pool, one at the rooftop and one at lvl3.

We were greeted with friendly front desk staff in particularly Ms Lyn with a Sweet Smile attentive as she recognised us as a repeated guest. Upon checking into the room we noticed there were many ants on the Walls and Toilet bowl has slight issue. Called for assistance over the Ants problem and Lyn was Quick to her action and within 15mins she was able to reassign us another room and Lyn came up personally to check if the new room is good and fine. With Lyn's *Extra Miles* effort made we felt good as a repeated guest. Lyn deserves a Promotion and we definitely will recommend friends to YMCA.WELL DONE LYN!

I will definitely come back to stay at this hotel when I go to Singapore. My stay at this hotel was really excellent. I was served by Maryam and she was the reason why our stay here was satisfying. She helped us a lot and this hotel also allowed us to check in early and check out late too. The room is spacious, clean, and the place itself is accessible. So easy to get around because the bus stop and the mrt station are just within walking distance. Hope they keep reasonable price forever. The only thing that I was concerned was they didnt have a 24 hour room service, because we were hungry in the middle of the night, and it was raining hard in Singapore and no food delivery wanted to pick up our food. Hope they will serve this in the future.

So good🤩by far the best hospitality. Good, well trained and mentality positive healthy staff, as a in house guest feel very good for the stay. So far only this place can saved singapore hospitality stay. The front desk who check me in are kind, cute and very respectful to guest. Unlike those got good review place but when you go there full of sarcasm like you owe them a living trying to make guest feel bad and full of hate and scheme to make you feel unwelcome. This place really saved back singapore reputation. This stay make me realize why certain hotel close down and yet here can open for more than a decade. Keep it up, and i am so grateful for the normal and mentality healthy staff

The hotel is centrally located. It is close to everything yet the street itself isn’t busy/crowded. The staffs were friendly and helpful. We were always greeted with a smile. The room is a little small but this is Singapore where space is scarce. I would head back to the hotel on certain afternoons and just relax in the room before heading out for dinner. Highly recommended.

I would repeat this hotel if I wanna go travel to Singapore again because of the strategic location. And the breakfast were actually good; we didnt expect by the way since breakfast was provided. But there was actually one time our room had a power shortage and I was having my shower. Reported to the front desk but they said tomorrow only the maintenance could come and repair. We ended up sleeping in the dark but thank god the aircond was still functioning haha for that, I would still recommend this place hopefully they already improved on the power circuit. Other than that; the toilet, and the bed are up to average standard.

Not only were we upgraded with access to the evening cocktail, but we were also treated to a complimentary breakfast buffet, which was such a thoughtful gesture. What truly stood out was the effort Sheryl put into decorating our room to match our wedding theme. She set it up beautifully with balloons, lights, and flowers, creating such a warm and heartwarming atmosphere. Did a short staycation at the loft room and it’s nice. Location of the hotel is very accessible and there is food everywhere!

The hotel location is very strategic, making it easy to get around as it's close to public transportation such as bus stops and the MRT. There’s also a mini market nearby. The room itself was quite spacious for three people with an extra bed, although we were initially given the wrong room. However, after we complained, it was immediately changed—the response was good. The bathroom was average, just standard for Singapore—no bidet. The soap dispenser was a bit stuck, and there was a strange noise coming from the shower.
