This was the best experience for me. Jasper ong and violet tan were the best. Especially, they were so kind. And violet gave me the comfort of a mother. Next time, I want to sleep on the highest rank in the suite. If you have a survey email, please send it here. I want to compliment the staff.

Chose Parkroyals Collection over others for their great customer service experiences we have over the years.
We planned for my Dad and Sister's birthday there. Had the whole family to staycay as I have been recommending them.
Thought with the online check in will expedite the process, however it's pointless. Had to go through the entire process once again from queuing to verification. Though it has been done online.
Was a little disappointed as the email conversation on the special requests were not communicated.
We enjoyed ourselves, nevertheless.

Front desk staff and concierge staff were very nice, though some were more experienced than others and the experience really helped improve the overall experience
First time having to change room 3 times, but the staff were really nice about it. So it was fine despite the inconvenience
Room itself was nice and spacious, amenities in the room were more than sufficient for our stay. Overall, no complaints 👍🏻

Book here for rest after watching sg smash. Hotel near to CityHall mrt station, also can walk few minutes to Bras Basah mrt for cc line (to stadium). Clean and new room, very comfort bed. Breakfast is limited choices, and have to take quite long queue for verification and wait for staff’s guidance to the table. But overall is ok.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fairmont Singapore, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel perfectly balances luxury, comfort, and convenience, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers.
Location & Accessibility
Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel offers easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and dining spots. Being directly connected to Raffles City Shopping Centre and the MRT made exploring Singapore effortless.
Rooms & Comfort
The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the stunning city skyline view was a bonus. The in-room amenities, including a Nespresso machine and high-quality toiletries, added to the luxurious feel.
Service & Hospitality
The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, ensuring that every request was met with efficiency and a smile. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the concierge was extremely helpful with recommendations and arrangements.
Dining Experience
The hotel’s dining options were fantastic! Breakfast at Prego offered a great variety of international and local cuisine, while dinner at SKAI was a delightful fine-dining experience with breathtaking views.
Facilities & Amenities
Fairmont Singapore boasts a world-class spa, well-equipped gym, and a stunning pool area—perfect for relaxation. The executive lounge was a great space to unwind, with complimentary refreshments throughout the day.

It's an expensive hotel, but I would recommend to spend at least 1 night there. You can do an early check-in, which allowed you to use the pool, fitness or observation deck already (it's a temporary card till you can check-in your room) . So you can enjoy some amenities there already. The room was huge and very clean. The shopping mall connected also has many brands names, and some restaurants. A good court is at the mall as well. A casino is there as well. If you like gambling.

Convenient location with the MRT and buses within walking distance. Plenty of food options around. Hotel is nice and clean. The dinner buffet has a good selection of food. Just that the swimming pool is a little too small.

Hotel has an excellent location, and the room is very clean and comfortable. Only complaint would be that the design of the shower area is flawed - the water overflows easily and floods into the entire main bathroom.
Although the Crystal Club Lounge did not offer a huge variety of food, I liked that the desserts were quite unique, instead of just being the usual generic cakes/tarts. Service rendered by the staff was excellent - would like to commend Gladys in particular for always being so friendly, attentive and helpful.

Service was top notch from the start till the end of our hotel stay! We were greeted by Harvi, who was very friendly and helpful. Upon knowing that we were having our anniversary celebration, he gave us a room upgrade and complimentary cake for us to celebrate. The room was very clean and cosy as well! PPatelThe Raffles Singapore is a one of a kind experience with no comparison. We stayed for 8 days/7 nights, it felt very much like a home. The buildings are beautifully and tastfully decorated. The rooms are beautiful with a mix of modern and colonial style. Even the standard room is a suite with a separated parlour which has its own controls for lights and ac. The staff are excellent and always ready to help. We had issues arise and talked to management and they listened and corrected the issues in a timely manner. We had a tasting experience meal at the grand lobby on the first night, dinner and at Le Dame Du Pic and drinks at the Writers Bar. The selection of bars and eateries have you covered for any taste you want, we didn't manage to try all the hotel has to offer as Singapore has such a great food scene in the hawker centres. It's location is excellent nestled between key tourist areas in Singapore and easy access to the metro at the City Hall station

General house keeping is good and tidy!
The design of shower is poor that the shower head will go back to its original position during use which is very inconvenient and difficult for using!
The coffee machine in the room couldn’t work. Sockets above both the bedside tables couldn’t have good contact with the chargers and we needed to use the sockets at other locations. The mattresses were aged and seriously deformed that we couldn’t sleep well all nights. The wind direction of the air conditioning is towards the head position of the beds that I felt sick after the first night and needed to sleep at another direction to avoid the wind from the 2nd night.
A waitress (the same lady) in the breakfast restaurant had cleared everything on the tabletop of our table when we just went to take another round of food in 2 different mornings. I cannot believe this will happen in the restaurant of a 5-Star hotel! She should be well trained to observe whether the guests have finished or not. And, there wasn’t lots of guests in the restaurant. Really unbelievable!
The swimming pool and gym room are too small for a 5-Star hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is consider convenient, there’s a gateway right across the street beside the hotel where it can connect down to Suntec City lower level food court. This trip we brought our one year old with us. During the check in, no one informed us about the music festival (DJ) that had been going on for the past days. The room that was given to us were right on top of the music festival, it was so loud during the afternoon and I was told it’ll continue to 10pm. My son couldn’t take his nap at all! This messed up our whole day schedule, we basically wasted the whole day trying to get a room change. However, thanks to the assistant front desk manager (Ivy) we were able to get a higher floor room away from all the noise (finally got a room change at around 8:30pm), if it’s not for her help I would have given a even less of a rating.
Once again I would like to thanks Ivy for all her help. She was great.

HHKK123Best hotel in the city centre. Marriott always does extra miles. We are given a new room as the previous one is pretty noisy due to its proximity with the restaurant. The customer service team are excellent (Ms. Visakh) and the guest relation team (Ms. Mary Gloriani) for the birthday decorations for my daughter.
Breakfast is always the best. I believe the best in Singapore in terms of quality and variety.
Will definitely coming back again

LLUVMMy second stay in this hotel. Mrt station is just downstair so very convenient for tourists. Weekend will be very quiet and hardly any food nearby unless you walk or order in. Room was huge and have a nice view! Was surprised that Westin has not many paid channels on the TV. Maybe time to add in netfix. Pool has a lovely view and make sure you bring along your sunblock. Hotel breakfast has improved as compared to previous time. Any minus points? Well The two front desk ladies were a-bit cold during the check-in. No smile at all and was not that “willing” to issue me a parking coupon which ultimately my guy said he would pay for the parking. Thank goodness, i did not see them when i check out. Instead , its the same guy who checked me in the previous time! He still remembered me! Good memory! Thank you Mr Bobby Chan for your warm smile that made me feel welcome to book the hotel again!

I would like to take a moment to compliment the outstanding service provided by Sheryl Soh, her team, and the management at Peninsula Excelsior Hotel during our recent stay. My wife and I were celebrating a very special occasion—our newly wedded day—and the exceptional hospitality we received made it all the more memorable.
From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Sheryl and her team went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable. Not only were we upgraded with access to the evening cocktail, but we were also treated to a complimentary breakfast buffet, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
What truly stood out was the effort Sheryl put into decorating our room to match our wedding theme. She set it up beautifully with balloons, lights, and flowers, creating such a warm and heartwarming atmosphere. It was a small but incredibly meaningful touch that showed her attention to detail and her dedication to ensuring guests feel special.
Throughout our stay, the team demonstrated professionalism and a high standard of service. They consistently went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of.
For anyone looking for a 5-star, service-oriented hotel at a reasonable price, I cannot recommend Peninsula Excelsior Hotel enough.
