Hotel terbaik di Singapura! Waktu saya pesan kamar, harganya memang mahal, tapi ini hotel yang luar biasa! Semua terasa hangat dan menyentuh hati. Kamar bersih, tapi agak kecil. Kamar mandinya cukup kecil dan tidak ada pancuran air yang bisa dipindahkan. Bar di atapnya bagus, tapi minumannya cukup mahal. Singapore Sling tidak direkomendasikan karena rasanya di bawah rata-rata... Terima kasih untuk buah, camilan, minuman, dan anggur merah setiap hari!

Mereka yang tidur lebih awal atau mereka yang menyukai lingkungan yang tenang, harap hindari petir, ketidakpuasan adalah bar terdekat berisik sampai jam 1 malam. Suami saya merasa tidak enak badan dan secara khusus memesan balkon dengan sirkulasi udara yang lebih baik. Saya tidak menyangka ada tempat parkir di seberang balkon. Baunya tidak enak. Saya akan tidur jam 11 malam. Saya tidak menyangka bahwa setelah semua pintu ditutup, saya masih bisa mendengar pantulan dengan jelas. Suara musik Di sangat keras. Saya menelepon layanan pelanggan, tetapi tidak ada gunanya. Mereka mengatakan tidak ada cara untuk melakukannya.

Great hotel in an awesome location. Right next to metro and hawker food hall. Walking distance from marina bay etc. really nice and helpful staff Cool hotel but like a maze 😆 Gym very small but has everything you need and all in working order. Price ok comparative to other hotels in Singapore. Rooftop bar nice to use of an evening too Didn’t have breakfast with my booking, so can’t comment on the food.

The hotel is placed near Chinatown district and quite close to public transportation stops (bus and MRT). For my one day journey I found a nice and clean room. Very appreciate the free usage of the minibar and the gift of the illimitate one day card for public transports. Many thanks to the staff for their welcome.

Very noisy at night time. Do not expect to go sleep early as the music is so loud until midnight.

Good location, very nice interior for New Year celebration, polite staff. There's only one bad thing - not a window in the room.

Very disappointed with my stay at The Scarlet. The worst thing was that the room did not have any windows. The staff pointed out that this was stated on the booking platform. I checked on Trip.com and indeed it is stated in fine print that “Some rooms have windows”. I think this is unacceptable for “tourist-class” hotels, unless Scarlet thinks of itself as a budget/hourly hotel like Hotel81? In tourist-class hotels, the lack of windows is an anomaly and is usually highlighted in the room category name directly, e.g. “Deluxe Queen Room (No Windows)”. The room was also very old and cramped. The TV view is partially obstructed when lying in bed. There’s also a ridiculous “skylight” that looks makeshift and resembles something that could be found in a slum? See pictures. The Scarlet is way past it’s prime and should either close for a complete rebuild or just reposition yourself as a budget hotel.

Room was spacious. Comfy bed. Just one downside for me, no bidet in the bathroom. Recommend to install one for better hygiene. Overall, love the experience at the hotel. Staff was polite..

Hotel location is very good, just 3-5mins walk to Maxwell MRT station. Facilities and hardware of hotel is upkept well, staff service is pleasant.

The location is very good,2nd time visit this hotel,the only thing can improve is the car parking.

room is spacious and quiet. the bed is abit soft. location is good, alot of nice restaurant and bars nearby.

I would say this is one of the best stays in SG we had. Imagine celebrating your anniversary, walking in to your booked room with petals on the bed + a complementary wine! On top of that, they have a complete complementary minibar in your room. If you've been to SG you know you walk a lot and a drinking water is a must. You can either grab water, soda, juice or what ever is it from your minibar before you leave and bring it OR if you forgot and you're already down the lobby you can ask the friendly reception for a cold bottle of complementary water before heading out. I know these are small things but it matters to us and we appreciate it,, a lot. We will definitely book with them when we go back to SG. Love the vibes and the location is just fantastic.
