Check-in & Check-out was seamless. Room was very clean and spacious. Got upgraded Thank you. All staff provided a great service. For cons, tv is not smart tv. There is a bidet in the restroom but weird thing it was installed on the left part. Warm lighting is a bit dark. Breakfast buffet was okay. Airport shuttle was the best. Other than that, this is your choice of hotel if you’re up to an affordable one that’s very accessible to the airport & provides a pleasant stay.

Good hotel to stay the night if you have a flight next day. Simple but good hotel. Breakfast is decent. There is a 7-Eleven nearby. The two diwnsides were a small bed although it was a double bed. But in fact it was a 1.5 bed. Quite small for two people. And a noisy airconditioner.

My friend's visitor enjoyed his stay in your hotel, it's clean and room was organized. I can recommend to others... Thank you so much..

The place and staff are very accommodating. The driver of the shuttle was nice and the guard and kitchen people.

We stayed one night before our flight in the hotel. The service is excellent. We got a room upgrade and had a very nice big balcony. The hotel also offers free airport shuttle service, every hour

Free pick up and send off to the airport. I appreciate how responsive they are through email, I had a last-minute request for pickup and never hesitate to take in my request. Room was very clean and comfy. Pleasant staff very proactive. Breakfast was decent selection with egg station❤️. Will book this place again in the future. Will recommend to friends and family.

Every thing is good and smooth especially us a seniors travelers, the staff are accommodating they also offer a free shuttle service going to airport as we are also traveling to other places. There breakfast food are delicious, we enjoy it a lot.

All staff were very courteous and friendly, from reception and lobby to restaurant and house keeping. Courtesy bus to the airport was an added bonus

It was a pleasant short stay (overnight) but I have to say it was a great place to stay especially the home away from home atmosphere… breakfast buffet was so organized all delicious coffee unlimited & all beverages true to my cousin’s referral everything was impressive rated 9 if not 10👏👏

Water temp from faucet in my room is always hot and it’s hard to mix. Area near base of water closet is always wet.

We only stayed one night, but it was good! The hotel is clean and staff are friendly.

The hotel booking comes with airport transfer which is great. The breakfast food selection could be improved though. Also, we stayed at room 409 and the shower nozzle was pretty bad. The toilet flush was also not that good. Overall, good enough for the price.
