Very bad experience. The shuttle bus driver is very rude. I called for pick up and he was very impatient to ask my location. He also refused to pick up me just because I didn’t at the point they drop me. The worse thing is the breakfast. My husband ate the insects from the meal and the staff just take away then told us they lost it when taking to the kitchen. Very bad experience. Won’t go it again

Check in was very slow. Service not as good as other 5 stars hotels maybe because they were short handed. For a night we paid near to sgd10k, not worth for such a service. We paid similar in Maldives for such a stay but service were much better.

The Ocean Suite was amazing. The whole experience was great and we didn't even realise we were in the room the whole time! The staff were great too with the Anniversary cake (it was delicious by the way) and the bubbly Indian butler we met was super warm and friendly. I didn't manage to get his name though. He even manage to catch us at the carpark just before leaving and asked if we managed to get everything from the room and if we managed to take enough family pictures. That was really really nice. My young kids (4, 2, 1) totally enjoyed the experience, the bathtub and the pool. I would definitely return and if I could add, maybe more bath mats to dry our feet would help because getting in/out of the bathroom and bathtub at the same time might have caused the carpet to be wet and an additional bath mat would help absorbing the excess water first.
