家族３人（大人３人、２部屋）で宿泊しました。The Mallからのアクセスが良く、Shimla観光の拠点としてすごくよいホテルです。ホテルの部屋は十分広く、朝食もよかったです。ただ、シャワーの温度が安定しない時間があったのが残念でした。ホテルの前の道路（The Mall）からの景色は超素晴らしいし、ロープウェイで上ったシュリー・ハヌマン寺院からは、遠くヒマラヤ山脈を望むことができました。

Location is excellent. A courtesy to take the luggage of the customers from and to the parking can delight the customers. Mirror in the ceiling of the room needs to be removed. Non availability of the lift to 5th and 6th
floor is quite irritating.

Went for a leisure trip but hygiene is a major concern, no toiletries provided. Don't go for view from rooms as they have only few rooms with view and rest are covered with some other water tank there are hardly any view. Staff are non cooperative and rude.
