Location is excellent. A courtesy to take the luggage of the customers from and to the parking can delight the customers. Mirror in the ceiling of the room needs to be removed. Non availability of the lift to 5th and 6th
floor is quite irritating.

Paid parking se baht uper ki auro chadhna pad-ta hai dusri baat bed ki quality sahi nhi hai washroom baht chota hai.

Went for a leisure trip but hygiene is a major concern, no toiletries provided. Don't go for view from rooms as they have only few rooms with view and rest are covered with some other water tank there are hardly any view. Staff are non cooperative and rude.

Hotel room is comfortable. Staff are very cooperative. Food is awesome. Location is near to shimla 's major travel destination. Balcony of room offers scenic view of city. I'm totally satisfied.
