I really like this hotel the other reviews say that some of the rooms are difficult to find and it’s like a maze inside and that’s no lie but there’s usually staff wandering the halls. You could ask him they’re very helpful the front check-in is professional and fast the hotel is also very easy to find in convenient nearby metro station. Happy travels.

Overall an excellent and lush hotel experience. The cleaners did not harass us this time, the mattress is incredibly soft, and lobby chairs are nice. Excellent service from the personnel. The big problem is when the room AC broke in the middle of the night, and I was attacked by bugs biting my arms and face waking me up at 4am. I don't know if it was just my room or the whole hotel, but really hope they fix that.

The path to finding the hotel room is akin to a maze. It makes going back to the room stressful and tiring. It’s a culture shock to see how the rooms are arranged. It’s about 15 minutes walk to the train station. Location wise it’s nearer to the residential area and schools. There’s marts and restaurants around which is convenient.

Based on my good experience, I extended my stay here for 3 more nights. The staff was immensely supportive and I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It is very near to Shenzhen university. They also provided me the foreigner registration certificate. I would recommend you to go for this.

Love the simple design and decor! Rooms are quite small but we’ll equipped, clean but not spotless. I just got one observation: the hotel management should pay more attention to the maintenance in some rooms, paint and carpentry work for example. Overall is a good place to stay for a few days on a low budget!

酒店在同層有分A,B,C區，被安排比較裡面的房間，進去後才知道裡面有好多間房，多到懷疑房卡號搞錯。 走廊公共空間氣氛設計有文青feel. 房間整潔，整體舒適，冷氣充足。是中央冷氣的通病嗎？有吸煙味，房間隔音不足。 晚上因為是洗澡高峰期嗎？花灑水力不足。電視操控反應慢，收不到普通電視台，幸好可以手機投屏，不過連接也常斷線。 早餐是正常的中式自助，不過食具方面有點搞笑，只有筷子，匙羹，碰巧隔離枱有位外籍人士努力在問職員有沒有叉子，結果真的沒有。麵包要塗醬，亦沒有塗醬刀。

酒店位置便利距離深圳大學很近，房間設施完善還有免費自助洗衣房很便捷，衞生乾淨浴巾都是獨立包裝的使用很放心呢，前台小姐姐服務超級棒。

剛入住就發現電視是壞的，打電話給前台讓人來調，來了一個清潔阿姨……阿姨説就是壞掉了，衹能等明天早上維修部的人來修，我入住了都11點了，他們下班了。 我很無語，説的這話跟沒説一樣，意思就是你要看電視就等到明天早上吧，很不爽，因為處理的人不是前台員工，也沒有給出一個合理的解決方案，比如調換房間。但半夜太累了就想算了，要是早些入住肯定會要求調換根本沒有給出 然後隔音很差，真的很差，樓下小販説話聽的一清二楚，走廊説話也吵，旁邊房間還好沒人在住不然肯定更吵，一晚上沒睡着，煩得要死。 點外賣沒有機器人送，衹能打電話讓前台送，但前台服務態度很好，衹有這點是滿意的。 衞生是一般的，馬桶蓋污垢，開關按鍵的污漬都清晰可見。大家自行對比吧，這價格有點不值了，跟一百來塊的一樣。
