Ulasan Demiray Hotel Old City

Semuanya dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki. Kami merasa layanannya luar biasa dan hotelnya adalah yang terbaik yang pernah kami tempati di seluruh Turki. Kami menginap lebih dekat dengan masjid selama kunjungan terakhir kami di kota ini dan kami menyukai betapa tenangnya daerah ini dibandingkan dengan yang lain. Sarapan, pemandangan, kamar, dan tempat tidur semuanya sangat bagus. Saya akan menginap di sini lagi.

Saya senang menginap di sini. Lokasinya agak jauh dari keramaian, tetapi masih delapan menit jalan kaki ke alun-alun Sultanahmet. Bagus dan tenang. Kamar besar dan bersih dengan tempat tidur dan bantal yang bagus. Bagian dalamnya tampak baru. Sarapan yang lezat dengan pemandangan yang luar biasa di lantai 5. Ada spa di lantai bawah, jadi saya bisa menikmati pijat yang menyenangkan. Staf yang ramah membantu saya memenuhi semua permintaan saya. Saya sangat merekomendasikan hotel ini.

We truly loved every bit of demiray hotel from the aesthetic of the reception , the rooms , the breakfast , the rooftop view everything if I were you and I was looking for a perfect hotel in istanbul I would not search anymore let me be more specific: We were greeted by the beautiful Ezgi at the reception with a smile and friendly attitude that made us feel like we were visiting friends and family , since i also work in the same field this is what we strive for a perfect check in , she politely gave us complimentary tea and turkish coffee and handed us the keys to the room always eager to help us with any information after explaining the times of breakfast and the hotels included free access areas ( swimming pool, hammam , turkish bath , sauna ) , Hasan the bellboy then took our stuff explaining in detail what is included in the room water and the amenities were complimentary tap water is not safe to drink in istanbul but all the bellboys always brought us water anytime we needed and with a smile . In the first night we stayed in the hotel we had a issue with the shower phone it was fixed but It broke again the next day , Mert who was at the night shift at the time gave us a complimentary upgrade and also he told us that if possible the change could happen on his shift and not the other shift , I write this down because since I work on this field i find Mert to be a very good , hardworking professional and excellent colleague since he solved a issue so quick in order to not bother the next shift , truly a excellent receptionist and he has my respect . On the third day of our stay we did a huge walk from taksim to the Hotel but we didn't eat anything we arrived back at the hotel and we wanted to order food , Emroh when I told him my request which as a front office manager myself i know it is not a part of the receptionist duties especially at night , immediately spoke with his colleague and they ordered us a pizza which was amazing we left the cash and went to the room , it shows Emroh can go above and beyond for demiray hotel customers and deserves a big applause . On the last day I requested a late check out to Emroh which was accepted and it made us very happy since we could come back take a shower and leave , the hotel has a luggage room which was very convenient . As for the breakfast it was Huge with great cold and warm options which change everyday , Cansu and the rest of the staff always assisted us with a smile and made our day from the beginning ! I have to applaud the housekeeping team esma and selma which cleaned the room to perfection and made us a beautiful design see picture bellow and since we know housekeeping is difficult for everyone we tried our best to keep the room as clean as possible . Our room was beautiful with a bathtub and it had an beautiful design and a very comfortable big sized bed . The rooftop has a 360 view of the bosphorus with view of the Hagia Sophia Galata and all the other mosques trully amazing ( Photos bellow ) . One of the most important things to note which impressed us is that Ugur the manager was always on duty ready to help, he spoke perfect English and he also looked the part with a stunning suit and a beautiful red patterned tie , it is very important for the hotel to have a nice team and this is what the manager does the best , as a front office manager myself I know Ugur has made an amazing team consisting of great all rounded receptionists that all in their unique ways made our stay memorable and amazing and deserves a big applause for his work . It was amazing, food was good service was also great Really happy

I’m a regular visitor to demiray hotel nevertheless they never fail to impress me with their hospitality, kindness, wide range continental breakfast, amazing amenities and wonderful restaurant views. The rooms are always clean comfortable and tidy tthanks to the staff especially Ebro , also the restaurant team was welcoming and friendly especially Jaso, add to that their desk staff whom always making the things easier for us. We are definitely looking forward to come back soon.

Great location. Close to all major attractions. Very clean rooms. Breakfast is very good especially the views from the roof top restaurant. AC played up a bit. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Nice hotel, good size room, good breakfast, about a 6-7 min to the subway, and friendly staff. I’d book again. There’s also a great view from the breakfast room!

One of the staff members was unfriendly and unhelpful. On our first day, we had to wait about 10 minutes at the check-in desk, even though three employees were present. The person who eventually assisted us didn’t even greet us—I said hello, and he simply asked for our passports. Later, this same staff member refused to call a taxi for us. Fortunately, another staff member was kind enough to help and called a taxi. If you’re traveling with elderly people who can’t walk far and need a taxi directly in front of the hotel, I’d recommend avoiding this place. The streets are very narrow and often crowded, so taxis are reluctant to come. It’s especially frustrating when the hotel staff doesn’t assist with calling one.

Location is not in a good place the way they show I'm their website After 8 it's too dark nobody is there

The conditioners were not working properly , otherwise the people were nice .

Otel manzarası ve oda ımkanları güzeldi kahvaltıda reçellerde sinekler var onları bir kontrol edilmesi gerekiyor.bunun dışında çalışanlar güleryüzlü fakat gece rahatsızlanan eşim için taksi çağrılması için yardım istediğim resepsiyon görevlisi onların işinin bu olmadığını söylemesi üzdü çünkü istanbulda yabancıyız ve eşimi kucağımda ana caddeye kadar götürdüm.

The staff was very lovely and helpful. We arrived early and was able to check in. Breakfast was amazing and with great view from rooftop restaurant. Rooms are very new from recent renovations.

This is the best hotel to stay if you want to be close to all the attractions in Sultanahmet. The staff is exceptional and the service is impeccable. The front office manager Matt and Nurullah went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us. We got a triple room and it was spacious. We were given 6 pillows even without having to ask! The view from the roof top balcony is stunning! I think they can improve on the breakfast spread but it was still pretty decent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone simply for the service and staff! Fabulous stay! I miss this place!
