Ulasan Chelsea Hotel(Tsim Sha Tsui)

Location is great! In front of MTR Tsim Sha Tsui station. Near museum,legoland,cultural center,victoria harbour view.  Room is OK they have bathtub, blower, heater, mini ref. But the bed is not good in sleeping 💤

Not a bad place. Clean but not overly clean . Location is perfect close to everything in tst. Price was great .

They claim they have internet, but the speed is so low, it won’t let you do anything with it. No mail, no google, no YouTube. And the worst part is that the room is so damn cold. Even without the AC, it’s freezing staying in the room, and they don’t have heating option. Do NOT recommend this hotel at all.

Very bad experience staying in this hotel. Given a 2nd floor room where wall are moldy and aircon is basically not working. Requested for a change of room because of aircon malfunction and was asked to pay an additional HKD200 to be move into a good room. Although changed to a new room at higher floor with working aircon, the room is pretty simple and the mattress is very uneven with part of the mattress bulging out. Basic Cleanliness is also a problem with cockroaches roaming in the bath tub, I had attached a photo. On the plus side, I will have to say the location is superb and also I have to praise the housekeeper with an excellent attitude assisting me with the change of room and apologized to me when he wasn’t able to get his manager to waive the additional HKD200 charges for change to a functional room. This is my first time booking thru trip.com and I suggest trip.com to perform due diligence on hotels on the listing, offering malfunction rooms is bad enough and making one to pay extra to move to a functional room is rather unethical in my view. Definitely not a value for monies deal. Verry sorry I had to say it’s a very bad first experience with trip.com.

It's okay not to have a TV but no table? The carpeted floor looks old and dirty, doesn't look like it's been vacuumed. The bathtub has got stains and the front desk said they can't do anything to remove the stains. The shower curtain is old and the bottom is stained till it looked black. The only good thing is they responded with my choked bathtub but kept reminded me that they spent HKD1000 to get a plumber to unchoke. Location wise is near MTR, and that's the only plus point about this hotel Actually it's more like a hostel.

Great location next to the port. The street nearby are full of restaurants and bars.

A cute hotel with tub. Spacious . Near the harbor and happening area in TST See window view photos book a two people room and had to ask for two bottles of water

The staff Cici is very accommodating and helpful. Location is great just in front of mtr.

The location is good, right next to N1 exit of Tsim Sha Shui MTR, with bars and 7-11 nearby too. Avenue of Stars and K11 mall is about a 10min walk away too 👍🏻 Room is a little small and dark too, with no TV. Bath tub had some stains but overall cleanliness was fine. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful :)

Great hotel great stuff great facility. I like how the bed is so big and the toilet is so clean

Better place for sightseeing in Hong Kong.

Location is very convenient, missing a TV, bathroom and carpet can be more cleaner
