Novotel Nusa Dua has a lot of potential and some really lovely aspects. The resort grounds are well-maintained, and the pool area is a great place to relax. The private beach area was definitely a highlight — peaceful and perfect for a morning stroll or sunset view. The staff were warm and welcoming, always greeting with a smile and doing their best to assist. The room was spacious and had a nice layout, though a few areas could use a bit of updating. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. With a few improvements in maintenance and service speed, this place could easily become a top choice in Nusa Dua.

Good but a little bit old hotel. Beautiful territory, good service, quite comfortable room, not far from nice beach. The hotel has its own shuttle to the beach every 15 minutes. it’s convenient.

Subject: Great Beach Access, but Washroom and Additional Charges Disappoint I recently stayed at Novotel Nusa Dua in Bali for two days, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The property stands out for its excellent location near the beach, with a private shuttle service making access seamless and convenient. The private beach facilities were impeccable and one of the highlights of the stay. The room was well-maintained, spacious, and clean, which added to the comfort. However, the washroom was a major letdown. The system was not well-designed, which caused some inconvenience and did not match the otherwise high standards of the property. Another downside was the additional charge for a second bed. While I understand this is part of the policy, the quality of service and amenities provided for this extra fee did not justify the cost and could have been handled better. The property does come across as slightly overpriced for the facilities offered, but if you are looking for a luxurious stay with lots of amenities and a private beach experience, it is worth considering. My recommendation would be to choose this hotel only if having a private beach and resort-style amenities is a priority for your stay.

Staff were great and friendly. The aircon have a very bad mouldy smells, it terrible and disgusting the first night. Breakfast international were great 👍.

Nice hotel

The hotel is a little old, but it is very clean and well-maintained. There are many types of pools and the restaurant is delicious. There is also a kids' room, so children can enjoy themselves without worry.

Novotel is Novotel even in Africa! The signature style and comfort inherent in the hotels of this chain allows you to get excellent service in any country. We have stayed at this hotel many times. Always a win-win option in terms of price-quality ratio. There is a transfer to the beach, to Bali Collection too. There are a lot of different bars, cafes, mini-marts, laundries near the hotel. Breakfasts at the hotel are very varied and are held in a picturesque restaurant. The hotel spa is not bad at all. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything in the rooms is as stated. I recommend it.

Good hotel, family, minus there is no pool on the beach. Tomorrow at 5, everything is there: cheeses, sausages, hot dishes, fruits, extract, sweets. Be sure to take with breakfast - they are worth it.

To be honest, it wasn't a hotel worth paying 20,000 yen a night to stay at. It was spacious and looked clean, but the building was old and there were problems everywhere. The batteries in the security box were dead. The hot water sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. The toilet sometimes flushed and sometimes didn't. The bathtub plug didn't work and I couldn't flush. I also went to the spa for a massage, which wasn't that expensive. The technique was good, but the air conditioning was too strong and it was cold. There was a wide variety of breakfast options.

Great hotel! Top-notch service. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with friends. Cleaning every day, everything is clean, snow-white, comfortable mattresses. The area is well-kept, great people take care of everything. Huge swimming pool on two levels. There is a sauna, you just need to order in advance to warm up. The girls from the reception try to help with everything. We had two birthdays, so they came with congratulations with a cake and candles, it was very nice. There is a break cafe on the territory, very tasty cakes there, and at 8 pm there is a discount, two for the price of one. We have been to this hotel for the third time, 2014, 2018 (and we have been to Bali 6 times) and now after the pandemic in 2024 from November 16 to December 03, 2024. Every 15 minutes. a shuttle takes to the ocean. I recommend it to everyone. Dollars were exchanged at the hotel, the rate was higher than on the street in the village. We ate in cafes in the village, everything was delicious. The cheapest was Mai-Mai. The weather was great! Lots of positive moments. It's not for nothing that Bali is called paradise!
