Lovely hotel in a great location for pleasure beach. Parking available at £18 per night is a little pricey.

Stayed here multiple times for work and the rooms and restaurant have been excellent. Stayed last week and had guests for dinner in the restaurant. There was one other table, and it still managed to take them 4.5 hours to get us through three courses. Even then the sides came out cold. One of our party was violently ill just hours after visiting, being sick and having diarrhoea. They hadn’t eaten anything else that day. Contacted the hotel, the reception team didn’t know what to do in this situation, neither did the Duty Manager. Requested a call back from the General Manager, Edward, which was ignored. After chasing more than three times I spoke to a manager who couldn’t have been any more disinterested, who insisted it couldn’t have been their problem as ‘nobody else was unwell’. If nobody else is in your restaurant, nobody else can be unwell. Very poorly handled by this hotel, and really does nothing to build any confidence to visit again. This is one of the more expensive locations in Blackpool to stay and dine, and you’d expect the service to reflect, not fall flat as it has done. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else where the hotel *wants* you to have a positive stay.

I recently had the pleasure of spending a weekend with my family at the exquisite Boulevard Hotel, and it was nothing short of a five-star experience. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury and hospitality. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The check-in process was seamless.The cleanliness of the room and hotel was perfect.

Service was lovely but room was basic for a five star hotel, the chrome cast didn’t work unfortunately and the layout is confusing with no signage

We found the location of the hotel to be perfect for us as its right by the beach. The hotel rooms were great the best family room we have had before. Staff were hlepful and attentive.

Very uncomfortable and insecure stay. Once you checked in, You feel like you did a massive mistake. Charging for everything. Have to pay deposit of £100 which is refundable. Have to pay for parking separately Have to pay for breakfast separately. Breakfast is expensive like you having somewhere in 5 Star hotel with number of dishes, but don’t expect much as its very basic breakfast menu with not much variety. Food quality is so cheap and poor which is very surprising for me as they charged hell of money for breakfast. Never recommend unfortunately.

A happy stay. Nice room. Lovely helpful staff but a very noisy wake up. Lots of banging, slamming of doors and noisy people staying at the hotel unfortunately. Hotel is beautiful otherwise

Great hotel very clean nice staff only issue we had was the room next door had only kids in who was running in and out till 1am as there parents where in a seperate room which kept our 4 year old up

Staff welcoming on arrival. The hotel room smelt amazing as soon as we arrived. Room was beautiful. We will definitely be back.

This should be 5 star Rachel and Sree have been more than accommodating have been absolutely fantastic would definitely be coming back I would recommend this establishment to anyone.

Place and decor was lovely, staff were amazing and room was perfect for our family. Especially kids having their own TV on each bunk. Room Sevice was very accommodating as we had allergies and ensured we were looked after. Will definitely be back
