Location was great (right next to the old town), hotel was very clean and well kept with everything you need. Staff were also very helpful and kind. 好棒棒!

Clean and comfortable room with floor heating provided. The front desk was so helpful and we love this place immediately. It is near to the ancient town entrance and safe to walk there. Recommend to all who wanted to stay near the ancient town.

The hotel is quite new, and many of the functions in the room is AI. In this hotel both the software and the hardware work perfectly. If I have to complain, then I would say the view from my room was not very attractive. It over looks the back of a small parking place. However, it maybe my own choosing since we were there for only one night, so we had no reason to choose a better room. The service was outstanding. We needed to leave early the next morning to catch a train, and they had no problem serving us 30 minutes before the usual breakfast hour. The noodles were very good at breakfast and they really gave us lots to eat. The coffee was great as well. Thank you to all the staff there. You have made our stay perfect. The location is near the old town. Too bad we were too tired to take advantage of this fact.

first time to Shangri-la and very happy with our choice of accommodation! it’s right outside (~100m) Dukezong ancient city which gives a good balance between convenience and quietness. the room was wonderful with the best heating we experienced across our Yunnan accommodations, and the staff was super friendly and helpful, even helping me to plan for my partner’s birthday surprise! would come back again to Lanyu if we return to Shangri-la!

Service: Impeccable Location: Very near attractions We arrived with some disputes with the locals, and the staff volunteer to help us. They upgraded the room for us, and with lift access, it is very accessible to all the areas of the hotel. Enjoy the whole stay, and the warmth they showed us throughout this trip.

The staffs are very nice and friendly, the room is very clean with have all the facilities. Not that far from the north gate. The room provides the oxygen producing machine. Also this hotel has the elevator.

The size of the room was crazy, and super clean, with floor heating, humidifier and oxygen machine, very friendly to the ones who suffer from altitude sickness (luckily both of us were tough enough) and the staff of the hotel might be the most warm-hearted and friendly hotel staff I’ve ever seen. If you have Wechat they will add you into a service group and you can ask for help or services there, very convenient. And it is also super close to the ancient city, 5mins walk. 10/10, will definitely recommend to family and friends.

The hotel is new and clean. The staff is very polite and supportive. Welcome fruits given to every room. Unlimited coffee- milk-tea upon request. The room is spacious, cozy and comfy. I would recommend for staying. Very satisfied for 2nights staying.

Room was great with heated floors and oxygen. The best was the comfiest ever! Toilet and shower room is huge and the shower room even has heater I could dry my clothes there. 住的很舒服！下次还要再来

Really enjoyed my stay there! Staff there makes it very comfortable, welcoming and helpful! Free fruit and breakfast daily and they ensure that we are comfortable during our stays! Free one way ride too and it’s really useful. Staff is very knowledgeable and also the hotel is very comfortable. Everything is great and if I were to come back again, I’ll stay there again! The housekeepers were really nice and helpful. I fell sick during my stay and they gave me alot of help like bringing my breakfast to my room because i couldnt walk down from being dizzy with altitude sickness. They also gave really good tips on where to go at what time. Most importantly the hotel is very new clean and modern.

The hotel is welcoming and in a good location with easy access to the Dukezong Old Town for shopping and food. The hotel staff are really helpful and always willing to go that extra mile to provide any assistance. The hotel room is cozy and our hotel room has an excellent view with the city and surrounding mountains.
