Location is amazing next to penn station and staff are friendly

Great location, only 5 mins walk to the New York Penn station. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly.

very small room. Staff was friendly though. but whats disappointing was that the hotel actually double charged (to company credit card and to my personal card). Even they refunded, there was an exchange rate loss. Not even an apology.

They did not have my correct name for check in and general confusion. I felt I was treated differently because I used trip.com. House keeping was not provided unless requested and then it was still not done No chocolate chi cookie was give at check in (this is their patent welcome). Check in was just as unorganized. The front entrance into the building can be intimidating for those with young families because there are groups of homeless people who take over the courtyard. Room size is good for Manhattan.

在紐約物價都是非常貴的，這個價格只能訂到的房都不大，放雙人床後只剩一點地方，窗看到的是對面樓的一面牆。 走到時代廣場要接受10分鐘，不算十分近。 但離penn station 地鐵站很近，3-4分鐘可到，到Manhattan的景點坐地鐵都不算遠，酒店在Manhattan的中心位置。 入住時提供了兩瓶水，我們住4晚，之後就不能提供了，說要收5.5美金一瓶。 每天有收拾房間服務，我有放小費在床邊。

地点很方便！在市中心的位置！房間大小一般，但也很整潔！ 前台職員有善，而且有保安大哥幫我們開門，方便我們出入！很貼心！

非常不錯 地理位置也很優越

位置OK，價格OK，房間小是肯定的，兩個28寸箱子不可能一次打開。
