Hotels in Hongqiao Airport/National Exhibition and Convention Center, Shanghai

I missed the train so i booked this hotel nearest to the train station. And affordable price. It was very clean but kind of cold. Breakfast was good. I was surprised that my room door lock was broken. I couldnt lock the door from inside. I just found it out in the morning. That was kind of scary

Rarely give reviews! But I still want to give this hotel a five-star rating! As soon as I arrived at this hotel, I felt at home, because I bruised my hand when I got off the car. When the girl named He from the front desk checked me in, she paid special attention to the details and offered me a Band-Aid when she saw that my hand was bruised. She was very heartwarming, had strong business skills, and spoke very sweetly and gently. Putting aside other things, I would give this hotel a five-star rating just because of this girl! The service is really great, there is nothing to say about it. It is all technological now, but the service and emotional value still require communication between people! Very good! Let me say again that this hotel may be because it is newly opened, so the facilities and personnel are not yet complete. However, Mlily is mainly engaged in home mattresses, and those who pay attention to sleep must be familiar with Mlily. The beds are indeed good. The room service is a little inferior, but it is understandable. I hope the breakfast variety will be improved next time I stay here, as it is a bit limited. The hotel as a whole is pretty good! Finally, I would like to praise Miss He in the front hall. She really gives people a very warm feeling!

Simply put, the hotel is nice but the photo of the building shown is deceptive. The hotel is “underground”, looking into a ground floor courtyard. I arrived and was told my room is in B2. I had a window covered with a film looking to an indoor room. No natural light and no fresh air. Was it written in small print? Yes. Do I check if a room has a window or not when I book for this price in Shanghai and the main photo of the hotel shows a glass building? I do not. The room was nice, but the price is too high for a room without window. It’s also a maze inside- the room was so so far from the elevator I had to spend 5min staring at a floorplan to find my way. So in the most likely event you’re here for a business meeting you need to check the weather on your phone to decide what to wear. Its a nice room and hotel, but I would not come back.

Hotel is located not too far away from the Hongqiao airport but not near town center. Room was very clean and pillows and bed comfortable. The hotel provides night time snack and free tea for customers. They’re also helpful to non Chinese speaking customers. I’ve a wonderful experience staying at the hotel.

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Buffet style breakfast was amazing. Room was overall clean and comfortable, though there were small details in our room that the hotel should probably look into patching up such as water damage spots and peeling on the ceiling. Hotel is located in a quiet area that is within walking distance to the metro which can take you to the train station, airport, downtown, and many of the attractions in Shanghai. Will definitely consider booking this hotel again.

Booked for a night, all is good just that the service is not that great. Our meituan didn't deliver the item, we ask for help in receptionist as we are foreigner unable to call local number but they didn't bother to help said we can't call for you.

I am quite satisfied with the double bed room in the hotel I stayed in this time! The bathroom has a practical design of dry and wet separation. (The decoration style is a bit like a homestay) I especially want to praise the hotel's service! When checking in at the front desk, the staff was enthusiastic and patient, and upgraded the room type for free. Any needs during the stay were quickly responded to. The souvenirs given before leaving were even more heartwarming details, making me feel the warmth of home. The geographical location is also a plus! It is a 1-kilometer walk to the International Convention and Exhibition Center, with a super high cost-effectiveness, and it is definitely a leader among similar hotels. Highly recommended to friends who need to go to the International Convention and Exhibition Center to attend the exhibition!

stayed again after storage luggage and it was amazing as always. my delivery food got lost and the staff ran to the hotel next door to check and brought it back for me. same with my taobao package, incredibly helpful staff. also got a free room upgrade and had staff helping to move our luggage throughout the hotel and into the taxi. amazing stay!

This hotel is ideally located for those arriving or departing from Hongqiao Airport terminal 1. The Metro line 10 is nearby as well for quick access to town, or Hongqiao Railway Station. The staff are friendly and helpful, but their English knowledge is limited.
