Great stay, convenient, neat and clean, all good, would definitely recommend.

The room was smelly as if someone was smoking inside. That day it was some service job just in front of the the window. It was finished by 3 a.m. so noisy. It is not the hotel problem but still we didnt get enough sleep . Staff was friendly and helpful even they didn't speak English.

I am Japanese. I stayed at this hotel in April 2024. Although the price was low, the room was very clean and I was really satisfied. I could tell that it was carefully cleaned every day. During my trip to China, I stayed at several hotels of similar price in other cities, but this was the best. I think that thanks to this hotel, I was able to enjoy my trip to Shanghai. I think that even Japanese people would be very satisfied with this hotel. Also, the staff were very kind, and I had a good impression of them. I was on a business trip in a hurry and randomly chose a nearby hotel. The hotel was average in all aspects, but it was worth the price. It's no problem to settle down, but if the requirements are high, you will definitely not be able to meet them. The only five points are for the girl at the front desk. She is relatively capable and responds quickly. She is not extremely enthusiastic, but she has a sense of professionalism.

Overall not great. Environment: There is nothing to say about the size of the room. I chose this price. But the sound insulation is really poor. Two layers of glass can't attenuate the sound of overhead cars too much. I fell asleep wearing noise-canceling headphones. Hygiene: The hygiene is really bad. It has obviously not been cleaned well. The bed and under the bed are not very clean. Service: Very good, good instructions on where to park. Facilities: The facilities are pretty good.
