Talk about the bad first! Hygiene: You have to stay for seven nights before someone can do hygiene! Sheets were stained. There are black spots on the towel, and there are small insects on the carpet that itch. In terms of hardware: the building is considered new, and the decoration is also considered new, but there are also many flaws. There is no air conditioner, there are as many fans as there are rooms. Only open windows and blow fans in summer. Convenient configuration: All bath products, any daily necessities that you can imagine will be given to you in a normal hotel, all need to be purchased by yourself. Some kitchen utensils are installed and left enough and cannot cook properly. Reservation: Make sure that adults must be 25 years old to make an appointment. If you are under the age of 25, you must apply for occupancy with your parents. Appointments were slow and emails came and went, and Trip.com didn't help much either. Talk about the benefits! Location: It is about 5 minutes away from the Cross Habour DLR station. It is also a 15-20 minute walk to the canary waft. There are two supermarkets nearby. Accessories: There is a washing machine with dry laundry function. There is a dishwasher and a large refrigerator. Scenery: The scenery is not bad if you look at the riverside. All in all, the price/performance ratio is definitely cheaper than hotels in the same area, and the space is very spacious. But it's more troublesome if you can't tolerate hygiene problems.

Clover Court apartments are great for a short or long stay in London. The location is fantastic as it is close to rail stations, shops and lovely surroundings. The apartment makes you feel as if at home, full of amenities. The receptionists are the best one could find. Friendly and helpful in every way. Had to extend our stay without warning and customer care were very obliging. Would book again without a second thought.

No big issues with the apartment, really. I rated 4 out of 5 because the apartment was a bit worn down. Could need a renovation and AC to be a 5. But very happy getting the penthouse (13th floor), with balcony. Great view. 24/7 concierge is plus.

I recently stayed at Cover Court and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Over time, this short-stay apartment has steadily declined in quality and cleanliness, making it far from ideal, especially for families with children. One of the major issues is the apartment's cleaning policy. If your stay is less than nine days, there is no cleaning service provided. Furthermore, no equipment or supplies are offered for guests to clean the apartment themselves. This policy results in an increasingly untidy and unhygienic living space, which is particularly problematic for families who need a clean and safe environment for their kids. During our stay, it was clear that the apartment had not been properly maintained. The rugs were stained, the walls as well and the overall atmosphere felt unkempt It's disheartening to see what was once a promising and comfortable accommodation option fall into such a state. The management needs to urgently address these cleanliness and maintenance issues to prevent further decline and to ensure guest satisfaction. Until these problems are resolved, I would advise potential guests, especially those traveling with children, to look elsewhere for accommodations that prioritize cleanliness and hygiene.

We booked a 2 room apartment for 2 days opposite the office we work at. The apartment was clean, convenient, and very secure with great facilities. The only slight downside was the booking in process which was advertised as contactless check in, needed to be done upon arrival with a receptionist. They were ever so nice and helpful though.

Family stay at the end of August 2024. Cozy, large and very bright apartment. Clean and well equipped, even a hairdryer! A certain rigidity was detected in the check-in because before the indicated time it is not possible to leave even the luggage. The structure is well connected by public transport. Nearby there are several super markets and restaurants. Quiet area. At the reception the difference is made by the patient presence of Fernando always available to provide useful information and suggestions to make the stay pleasant.

I made a reservation for two people at a bargain price, but it was a flat with 2 beds, a living room and a kitchen. Since it was on the 15th floor, the scenery is beautiful and the night view is the best. Since it was a corner room, there were 4 balconies, so I could relax outside. All are new and the bath is clean. You can cook and it's perfect for a weekend. There is also Tesco nearby, which is convenient. Anyway, it was beautiful and I wanted to live in such a house. The female receptionist is friendly and there is a male receptionist at night. If you can stay at a cheap price, I would like to go again. If there's one problem, the boiler in the kitchen? It's very noisy and you have to pay £ 500 first with a card as compensation. If you don't troll the room, that £ 500 will come back, but I think it's a bit expensive.
