Very cute, quaint and cozy. This place has great character! The decore is retro and it is just such a cool place to stay. Highly recommend. Very close by to eateries and gas station as well. I will definitely make this my default when in the area.

Came up for a week of wandering around the Catskills. The apts are small, cozy and quiet. Not much room, but everything is clean and warm, close to town and a number of nice restaurants in Phoenicia. It is easy access to all of the Catskills. The proprietors are very kind and friendly and have you sorted in no time when you need directions or advice.

Cannot wait to come back for my 16th visit! Coming from NYC,Manhattan. Perhaps this place secret is young,enthusiastic,intelligent, delicate and very hard working owners. With every visit, with no exceptions my findings are: Exceptionally clean roomy cabins with lovely country interior, cozy fire place, clean equipped kitchen, fresh expensive bedding's, my own outside space with private driveway, private deck with barbecue and picnic table, fast wireless Internet, welcoming outside fire place with always ready to go woods. Piece,quietness, serenity. Big property, feels like a park, excellently maintained with that special delicate intelligent touch. Blossoming all some summer alone with dozens of different plants. Absolutely gorgeous in autumn and winter. Lots of trees, mostly hundred years old pines. You can hear Esopus creek from your deck. All hiking trials are within the minutes of driving. Rates are great, there is also weekly deals, which I use often. My dogs are deeply in love with this place.
