Fantastic hotel, great rooms, gym is amazing and service is friendly!

I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation for the consistently warm and welcoming atmosphere I experience each time I visit your hotel. The staff, in particular, has always made a positive impression, offering an exceptional level of service that truly enhances my stay. However, I would like to bring to attention a concern that I encountered during my most recent visit. While the majority of the team exhibits exemplary professionalism and courtesy, I did notice that a few individuals seemed to approach their roles with a sense of authority that bordered on rigidity. It appeared that, at times, their position was interpreted as a form of power or entitlement rather than a service-oriented responsibility. As a guest, I believe that the true role of a hotelier is to serve and assist, regardless of one's title or position. The spirit of hospitality, in my view, lies in creating an environment where guests feel valued and respected, without the presence of any sense of hierarchy or authority overshadowing the experience.

The staffs speak good English. The location is very close to 景福宮。

I go 2 times a year to Seoul and every time I stay in four seasons . The rooms are big and clean , service is excellent . This time I even got a present by check in . This is the only hotel I will choose in Seoul .

Over priced! Not worth the reputations!

Best staying experience in Seoul ever over 50+ hotels in the city. Cozy environment, core location nx to Guanghwamun. Local supermarket opposite to hotel front door. All you need from FS concierge to travel through the city.

the overall impression can be described in one word. gorgeous. however, the staff left a twofold feeling.

Everything about the hotel is amazing, from location which is very central in Seoul to the service which is just awesome, everybody friendly and welcoming and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful memory for our family

Excellent service. I had my foot ripped off and need an adhesive tape. I made the request at Room Chat and they sent me within 5 minutes. On another occasion, we need to go Sanchon for dinner appointment but couldn’t be able to get any urber or taxi on apps, so we tried to ask hotel front desk. Their staff arranged taxi for us within 10 minutes. Highly commendable for their efficiency and “can-do” attitude! The only setback is breakfast only serves until 10:30am. Would be great if all day breakfast is available as leisure travellers do not have tight schedule and tend to wake up late.

We had a lovely time at The Four Seasons Seoul. The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly. We would love to come back.
